27/6/2018 17:43 | Yes fu#king hilarious not knowing about the bi-weekly. Do they know the plane they're flying is heading straight towards the friggin ground I wonder. DOH! | 1399peter
27/6/2018 17:11 | My post from Stockhouse. I would value the company at around .70 cents per share if everything was 100%. Obviously this is not the case... I'm expecting/hoping being as (Olisol's behind us) for some positive news in the coming weeks that could bring the stock back to the low teens. That being said... I'm sitting at 300 thousand shares/about 6 grand and give TPL less than 10% chance of making it. The gambler in me... Gives TPL better odds than blackjack or roulette!!! | islandbruin
27/6/2018 16:39 | But not to worry, our Canadian brethren over on Stockhouse are valueing TPL at 70 Canadian cents a share....happy days! | casual47
27/6/2018 16:37 | Yikes, so the delay was caused by TPL not having enough money to pay the auditors to complete the audit. .... Yikes. Chuckle at this : "The Company has only just become aware of this bi-weekly reporting requirement and therefore is making its first report as follows:" We really lucked out with this A-team. Proper brain trust. | casual47
24/6/2018 14:20 | Well I hope you are right hguess and they do release some news this week. The share price at $0.01 is nowhere near as low as the confidence levels. | 1399peter
24/6/2018 11:54 | Would anyone even know? Who would even want to trade these shares now? My shares have been in 'suspension' for over a year..... | casual47
24/6/2018 10:54 | The year end financials could be extended for valid reasons provided TSX has been notified and have agreed to a further extension. It is quite possible that this has been done and that suspension is unlikely. Remember that the "shenanigans" created by Olisol/EGG resulted in a number of delays on payments and disruptions to delivery and invoicing which went to the wire in a final KZ Supreme Court ruling. In addition, there is the possibility that Tethys is involved in discussions crucial to its future in KZ. If TSX has been made aware of all these events, I see no reason for any suspension. Let us see what happens by end this week on any news !. Purely my perceptions !. | hguess16
24/6/2018 10:32 | There end of year extension is getting a bit stretched so they surely have to release something soon or else face suspension. Although no big surprise that Tethys are taking it to the wire and beyond, standard company policy FFS!! | 1399peter
20/6/2018 14:58 | TI, Hope Bill Wells gets the message !!. | hguess16
20/6/2018 14:25 | Im giving them a green light to show to us that three and a half years of nothing is going to be worth waiting for......... | temporarily insane
19/6/2018 18:36 | We will see I guess, lets not forget this is Tethys after all, when have they ever done anything on time. | 1399peter
19/6/2018 15:40 | TI, My guess is that Management are waiting for the "green light" to allow them to proceed with whatever they are hoping will occur, hopefully, shortly !. This is based on the lack of any information on the year end results which are now overdue and the "Silence" of Olisol to tell us about what they believe is going on behind the scenes. Normally Olisol is the first to come up with a story in order to push their case and justify their position as a major shareholder and creditor. I doubt Tethys management are doing this intentionally knowing fully well that the results, to date, have been abysmal. Despite the frustration, perhaps let's give it a bit more time to, say, end of this month. Just my view !. | hguess16
19/6/2018 14:15 | Hguess16..........To The seemingly relaxed approach by whoever is running this company at the moment is either intentional or they really arent very good. I am thinking intentional. | temporarily insane
18/6/2018 21:12 | Indeed hguess. It will be a great day for all of us if this can catch up some of those investment opportunities I'm sure we have all missed being stuck here for three + yrs | 1399peter
18/6/2018 19:03 | 1399 Peter, Tethys belongs to the shareholders, but quite a few of the top management, even in large companies, fail to realise this and tend to ignore them. Some of these top managers do not even own the shares of companies they manage !. In the case of Tethys, we have a situation where the largest shareholder took control following the " Robson fiasco" and has attempted a turn-round which has yet to show positive results. So far, it has been very disappointing for various reasons within and outside his control. I do hope he realises that his interests have to be aligned with the rest of us and, is working towards restoring some stability and growth so that we can all reap the rewards that are long overdue. | hguess16
18/6/2018 18:39 | Just needed to add something to that Hguess legal disputes that have virtually sucked the lifeblood of Tethys (and its shareholders) during the last two and half years. It would just be nice to get some info three or four times a year rather than once every three or four years | 1399peter |
