It's quite possible that something is happening and will conclude shortly and the index is aware of the situation.

Or I have missed something regarding the reporting rules on NEX.

Or the Local mafia have just stolen our company

I was of the understanding that you have to report year end within a maximum period of 5 months. I am surprised that there has been no official news release by either TSX.V or NEX regarding possible suspension or otherwise.

I don't think Tethys have any obligations even now -- I believe the high court ruled in their favour re. there being no minimum volume requirement defined in the agreement. So Tethys should be able to keep supplying zero volume for the remainder of the contract.

Do you know that Tethys is selling oil currently at $7? The last relevant RNS implied that they were selling a proportion of the oil at a 'contractual' price - implied to be $7.66 - and the remainder at a 90% premium ie. $14.55. The proportions were not stated, so impossible to know the net price. Both the tenge and Brent have since strengthened so one would expect a higher realisation now. Certainly the company should be releasing this information since it impacts cash flow significantly.
Why do you think TPL current production is 600bopd? What is the source of your information, the last relevant RNS stated production to be 1828 bopd.
Would you care to speculate on the reasons for the dismissal of the CEO and CFO?
A full update pertaining to these issues is obviously sorely required, together with the final results; I understand that the terms of the management cease trade order dated 29/3 imply some kind of information release is required every 2 weeks in the absence of the audited results, which has not been the case....
