08/4/2018 17:59 | Tell me why this criminal liar posts complete bullsh1t every few minutes? Mike Routhorn8 Apr '18 - 17:56 - 87621 of 87621 0 0 0 It appears to me as though much of the recent buying is being done by people who are in for the long game. There are no doubt traders playing the chart and the momentum but I very much doubt that the likes of Jon Penney is doing so. A profit is a profit but anyone cheerfully pocketing their percentage in the last 3 trading sessions might well have thought they'd get another go at lower prices and looked on at the price, the action and the chat and perhaps experienced a tinge of regret. If this is a re-rate to fair value, and it very much looks like it is, then it has a number of 20%+ days to go yet. | loughton
08/4/2018 17:57 | Posting truth? Why do you idiots waste your life posting complete bullsh1t? | loughton

08/4/2018 17:48 | And WTAF is the nonsense this time???????????????? Highly Geared8 Apr '18 - 17:31 - 87620 of 87620 0 1 0 SW;27p 3 years back was blue sky speculation and hype so a poor comparison. | loughton
08/4/2018 17:31 | SW;27p 3 years back was blue sky speculation and hype so a poor comparison. It was proved as such by the share price decline. We now have demonstrated proof of need by global partners. My valuation is based on Terns numbers from the USCP raise so a bit of science so to speak. If Thales or whoever decide to take a 5-10 year view and offer £500 million now , great! I see a steady improvement through 2018 as the partnered products are rolled out with the life changing gains in 2019-20 when there are demonstrable and rapidly growing sales. We’ll see but I’d first like to see Tern recover to something like fair value for where it now is, for me 20-25p. | highly geared
08/4/2018 17:28 | Remember alot more shares in issue and I would like to see evidence of revenue growth before I dream of leaving the day job, currently on the sick because of it | sweepie2
08/4/2018 17:15 | HG, we hit 27p before we had any of the global partnerships or embedded platforms ready to go so can't see 50p being too much of an ask. With global players always after a USP to differentiate their product and give them a lead those that require a data centric patented solution may be prepared to pay the most !! DA will only become more expensive now as more and more partners join the ecosystem and launch embedded products. Interesting times. | still waiting
08/4/2018 16:59 | Fair value is actually 1/100p i.e. 0.01p NOW LET THAT SINK IN. | loughton
08/4/2018 16:54 | PMSL!!!!!!!!!!! And on actual revenues of £30k?????????? £50k Highly Geared 8 Apr '18 - 16:53 - 87617 of 87617 0 0 0 Rationally, if the market values on 1 year forward price earnings ratio,based on 2019 revenues of c $11 million and assuming 70% gross margins, earnings will be at c. $7 million. That’s about £5 million GB Sterling. | loughton
08/4/2018 16:53 | Rationally, if the market values on 1 year forward price earnings ratio, based on 2019 revenues of c $11 million and assuming 70% gross margins, earnings will be at c. $7 million. That’s about £5 million GB Sterling. If a ‘racy’ PE ratio of say 30 is applied for a rapid growth sector, that gets DA to a value of £150 million with Terns holding worth c. £85 million. That’s 7x current market cap or around 45p/share. It really depends whether the market takes the leap of faith based on the partnerships now in place. I wouldn’t suggest Tern should be worth 45p tomorrow but if the market now buys the story , I’d expect 45p to be the direction of travel over the next 12 months. Clearly the current share price represents a huge disconnect. As with all these things, the answer is probably ‘somewhere in the middle’. I’m therefore thinking 20-25p represents fair value now and I think the market is starting to realise this... | highly geared
08/4/2018 16:49 | Yet more proof that only nutters buy Terd. What 'news'?????????????? bobdown2 8 Apr '18 - 16:45 - 87615 of 87615 0 0 0 If the news is not fully reflected in the share price then we will see how big a rise we have. ..... | loughton

08/4/2018 16:45 | Let's not get excited...let's see what sort of volume we get and if we see some profit taking after a 100 percent rise. If the news is not fully reflected in the share price then we will see how big a rise we have. ......I would be very suprised if there was not a reasonable gain, but this is still the aim market. ! And we still have the mm.s to contend with... | bobdown2 |
