Unloved and undervalued is an under statement at sub £12 million market capitalisation (based on mid-price) for TERN at time of writing.

Just a single investee company is Device Authority whose Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021.

2018 - $5,106,600
2019 - $10,805,000
2020 - $20,342,400
2021 - $33,413,300

USCP additional information pack highlighted the size of the overall IOT cyber market in 2021. IAM as a subset of that was $5 billion. DA have subsequently highlighted $3 billion of the $5 billion being their addressable market at August 2017.

Decision time to share this exceptional revenue growth by investing in TERN (57% majority holding in Device Authority).

Great LTH entry point at 7 pence.

Be mindful the TERN stable extends well beyond Device Authority and the current price / market capitalisation would indicate much is valued for FREE with absolutely zero premium for future investee company revenues.

Might I just add that this was the plan all along and remember all that time ago when Al Sisto used the words 'top of the pile' to describe where he thought he could place Cryptosoft (as was)?

This week we have webinars involving Intel, Gemalto and Comodo, all of whom need the product that Cryptosoft became.

MrSensible, whilst your >200m market cap may seem fanciful to those who make predictions based on charts and an 'it never happens' philosophy, I completely agree with your view that everything is going to change for this company and change extremely quickly.

To have come up with not only an alternative to anti-depressents but one that is more effective is such a significant achievement that perhaps the magnitude of the possible growth has not yet sunk in for people. Either that or a suspicion that if it's so wonderful why are the shares still only 1.6p.

I don't usually advertise my intentions but I shall be attempting to buy some more tomorrow as will at least one other person I know.

If Friday afternoon's experience is anything to go buy then it wouldn't suprise me if there just weren't that many shares for sale.

IMHO we will get to your >200m figure a lot faster than some people imagine and I don't give a tinkers cuss what the charts say.

There seems to be a concensus amongst the sensible people who post on here over the weekend that they are in for the long term and will not be cashing in despite sitting on large profits ie. they are investors.

The mayfly crowd who clog up the board during the week never contribute anything constructive or worthwhile either during the week or at weekends and they claim to know exactly what is going to happen next and make ridiculous predictions about the imminent collapse of the share price.

The figures were not all that disappointing or suprising in my view.

They were for a period before the sales really started taking off.

It's a bit like looking at a car travelling at 35mph (and accelerating) and judging how much ground it is covering by what it was doing just before it shifted from first to second gear.

US news was a very nice suprise and is going to be very big.

That's not a ramp, it's just common sense.

I am fairly sure that Al Sisto once indicated that the best time to sell something was when it was poised with little or no further effort, to bring in an exponential revenue stream, whether that stream had begun or not.

I very much doubt that Tern will own DA when the $10m and $20m revenues are forecast to come in.

Imagine being so stupid as to buy a share that has not a single positive fact but is a company that is loss making, insolvent and needs constant funding which owns half of another company that is worth a maximum of £50k is unsustainable, has no sales, is loss making, insolvent and needs constant funding that no-one with a brain will touch too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As before, the clueless mad clowns that buy will make further losses and lose everything when this drops and have to average down yet again. And so the madness continues.

And as is constantly proven those that are buying need psychiatric help, are clueless and bullsh1tters. At least the market will get rid of them through their own bankruptcies in time.
