TERN's investee companies, particularly Device Authority, are, and have been, the subject of deep research and wide informed comment by a diverse spectrum of resident posters.
Having assimilated as much of the information provided as possible,it is patently obvious(to me) that there is massive latent value here;way beyond(imo)even those (although increasingly subdued) projections proposed by Johnma.

I believe that TERN itself will currently be under close scrutiny and that a near term approach seems highly likely.Any potential suitors could well seek to acquire an initial equity stake in TERN via the market and this might explain the high trading volumes and relentless short term rise in the TERN share price.

It will require a much higher share price to persuade LTH to part with their stock.
If I am correct, then we might see interested parties adopting a more aggressive stance in their stake building, thus triggering even sharper percentage rises.

Either way,TERN continues to constitute an outstanding investment opportunity.

I know this is not the correct thread but I can not find one that is on the subject of money transfers.
I just sold me property in Turkey (I got f@(#ed with the Turkish Lira) and I am looking for a way to transfer the funds back to the UK.
HSBC (my UK bank) is giving me the worst exchange rate.
Could you please recommend somebody else? A company that you have used and you can vouch for?

A friend has recommended Travelwise UK but I never heard of them.

Any other companies?

Cheers

I am of the opinion that there are no director purchases because of insider trading rules. There will be so much happening at DA, the last thing Tern needs is any suggestion of insider trading.

My take is that JP may have been prevented from buying until the Germalto relationship was published.

Morning Johnma.

One thing that comes across as completely obvious is that the world is poised to utterly change over the next 5 years.

This really is industrial revolution 4.0 and, just as with previous technologicsl leaps, there will be no turning back.

Those who innovate, adapt and lead will become household names for generations to come and those who do not will quietly disappear.

And the speed at which this is poised to transpire means that companies are only likely to get one shot at joining the party - muck up and someone else will instantly take your place.

But the biggie is that unless this is convincingly secure then it will be, as our American friends say, a hot mess.

And needless to say, those who secure it will make zillions each and every year.

You may have noticed that Device Authority is partnered up with multiple companies who have such plans and are perfectly able to execute them.

Looks to me as though in recent days at least a small fraction of the investment community has woken up to the fact.

I've decided Loughton's nickname is short for "Low Tern" and either it is being paid to do what it is doing for some reason or other or it has a big bone to pick with AS and is trying to destroy him and the company.

A very good week and icing on the cake is the Jon Penney purchase of additional shares. Now there is a man who really knows what is going on; when someone of his stature buys more, that for me is a huge extra vote of confidence as to where this share is heading.
