08/4/2018 16:28 | The fat lying idiot tw@t was 'correct' once again. PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poppet123 - 23 Feb 2018 - 11:28:28 - 84459 of 84535 Only a whisper, looks like DA offer was filled last week in USA.nothing I can confirm, but if this goes blue today I would say that there must be some truth in what I have been told. Please DYOR. | loughton
08/4/2018 16:27 | The prize for the biggest idiot this year has to go to the clueless fat remedial Poppet123 - 29 Sep 2017 - 11:34:31 - 75179 of 80913 TERN, encrypting the cloud and Internet of Things. - TERN Joebloggs. 08/4/2018 15:34 | Unloved and undervalued is an under statement at sub £12 million market capitalisation (based on mid-price) for TERN at time of writing. Just a single investee company is Device Authority whose Published Projected Revenue on the assumption of 1% market share in 2021. 2018 - $5,106,600 2019 - $10,805,000 2020 - $20,342,400 2021 - $33,413,300 Source: USCP Prospectus dated August 2017 USCP additional information pack highlighted the size of the overall IOT cyber market in 2021. IAM as a subset of that was $5 billion. DA have subsequently highlighted $3 billion of the $5 billion being their addressable market at August 2017. Decision time to share this exceptional revenue growth by investing in TERN (57% majority holding in Device Authority). Great LTH entry point at 7 pence. Be mindful the TERN stable extends well beyond Device Authority and the current price / market capitalisation would indicate much is valued for FREE with absolutely zero premium for future investee company revenues. | ebomber
08/4/2018 15:29 | Yes, close to insolvency and no sales!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike Routhorn 8 Apr '18 - 15:27 - 87609 of 87609 0 0 0 We've come a long way haven't we? | loughton
08/4/2018 15:27 | Might I just add that this was the plan all along and remember all that time ago when Al Sisto used the words 'top of the pile' to describe where he thought he could place Cryptosoft (as was)? This week we have webinars involving Intel, Gemalto and Comodo, all of whom need the product that Cryptosoft became. We've come a long way haven't we? | mike routhorn
08/4/2018 15:23 | It's so funny how the criminal Mad Mike Rudehorn never learns from his bullsh1t. Surprise, surprise Ultrasis had their shares suspended too. History repeating itself AGAIN. Mad Mike Rudehorn has form. Mike Routhorn - 21 Aug 2005 - 17:48:05 - 9257 of 30039 Ultrasis - Now Beating The Blues - ULT MrSensible, whilst your >200m market cap may seem fanciful to those who make predictions based on charts and an 'it never happens' philosophy, I completely agree with your view that everything is going to change for this company and change extremely quickly. To have come up with not only an alternative to anti-depressents but one that is more effective is such a significant achievement that perhaps the magnitude of the possible growth has not yet sunk in for people. Either that or a suspicion that if it's so wonderful why are the shares still only 1.6p. I don't usually advertise my intentions but I shall be attempting to buy some more tomorrow as will at least one other person I know. If Friday afternoon's experience is anything to go buy then it wouldn't suprise me if there just weren't that many shares for sale. IMHO we will get to your >200m figure a lot faster than some people imagine and I don't give a tinkers cuss what the charts say. Mike Routhorn - 23 Aug 2005 - 17:36:08 - 11130 of 30039 Ultrasis - Now Beating The Blues - ULT Our sales force appears to have been jolly busy doesn't it? Mike Routhorn - 04 Sep 2005 - 13:50:58 - 14627 of 30039 Ultrasis - Now Beating The Blues - ULT There seems to be a concensus amongst the sensible people who post on here over the weekend that they are in for the long term and will not be cashing in despite sitting on large profits ie. they are investors. The mayfly crowd who clog up the board during the week never contribute anything constructive or worthwhile either during the week or at weekends and they claim to know exactly what is going to happen next and make ridiculous predictions about the imminent collapse of the share price. Hmm... tricky one isn't it? Listen to the informed and well-researched or the weekday warriors on the work's pc.... Mike Routhorn - 09 Sep 2005 - 19:10:02 - 17037 of 30039 Ultrasis - Now Beating The Blues - ULT The figures were not all that disappointing or suprising in my view. They were for a period before the sales really started taking off. It's a bit like looking at a car travelling at 35mph (and accelerating) and judging how much ground it is covering by what it was doing just before it shifted from first to second gear. US news was a very nice suprise and is going to be very big. That's not a ramp, it's just common sense. | loughton
08/4/2018 15:20 | The criminal liar bullsh1tter cannot stop himself. What was DA 'revenue' for 2017???????????????? £30k!!!!!!!!!! PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mike Routhorn8 Apr '18 - 15:17 - 87608 of 87608 0 1 0 I am fairly sure that Al Sisto once indicated that the best time to sell something was when it was poised with little or no further effort, to bring in an exponential revenue stream, whether that stream had begun or not. I very much doubt that Tern will own DA when the $10m and $20m revenues are forecast to come in. | loughton
08/4/2018 15:12 | Imagine being so stupid as to buy a share that has not a single positive fact but is a company that is loss making, insolvent and needs constant funding which owns half of another company that is worth a maximum of £50k is unsustainable, has no sales, is loss making, insolvent and needs constant funding that no-one with a brain will touch too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As before, the clueless mad clowns that buy will make further losses and lose everything when this drops and have to average down yet again. And so the madness continues. And as is constantly proven those that are buying need psychiatric help, are clueless and bullsh1tters. At least the market will get rid of them through their own bankruptcies in time. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | loughton
08/4/2018 15:07 | They might as well RNS the following: 'Tern and it's 'investment company' Device Authority are very pleased to announce that they have both filed for insolvency and Tern shares will be suspended immediately. Fat Albert would like to thank the idiots for keeping Teen afloat in the short-term and would like to wish them all the best in their homelessness. Bless.' TICK TOCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | loughton
08/4/2018 15:07 | BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Wonder why they can't state the DA 'sales' for 2017???????????????? Wonder why there has NEVER been a Cryptosoft/DA sales RNS via Tern in almost a decade? Wonder why the convertible holders were selling? Wonder why the DA loan had to be extended? Wonder why the directors were leaving and selling up? Wonder why not a single dollar has been raised in the US since September? Wonder why Tern and DA need continuous funding from you clueless clowns? PMSL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | loughton
08/4/2018 15:06 | BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO No sales to RNS. Delayed FS. Not a single dollar raised. DA had to have the loan extended by 3 months. Continuous funding required to stay afloat. Convertible holder and placings selling out. Insolvent. 'Worth' less than 1/100p 'Great investment'!!!!!!!!! | loughton
