Since DA is worth a maximum of £50k and Terd owns 50%, the value of Terd is approximately £25k. Therefore your shares are 'worth' 0.01p or 1/100p in a way that you idiots can understand.

The potential to be sold for something between a huge sum and a nosebleed sum is all I need to focus on. Shows that it's an absolute bargain at these stupidly low valuations. The 2p gifts courtesy of AF were too good an opportunity to pass up.

Jerseymike, I've used the figures provided by Device Authority themselves in September of last year. Those figures represented only the Identity and Access Management part of IOT security and reflected only 1% of the market, which I think will ultimately prove to be very conservative. They also don't include data protection markets which are equally large and an obvious additional opportunity, as is the blockchain opportunityOne of the key aspects of those projections is that the profit margin is about 60%. We don't need an army of people to manage and sell the product. If we approach 10% of market the profit margins will approach 80-90%. Based on 10% of the IAM market the company would be worth between $11-12 billion. Time will tell just how big DA will be but they are rapidly establishing themselves as a significant force in IOT security. I have no doubt that Device Authority will be big and perhaps very big. We will be looking at hundreds of millions at the very least, depending on when they sell. Each partner added to the ecosystem, and each update to Keyscaler that adds capability for other majors increases the valuation.

Jerseymike, there's no way that overheads will eat up 90% of income. Try 10% and re-calculate :).

As an aside, the Tern business model is spot a winner, take a meaningful stake, develop, sell.

If Al Sisto can sell DA for the nosebleed sum we all regard as reasonable then it a) sends BoD credibility through the stratosphere and b) provides a fat fortune for 'rinse and repeat' (as well as a divi).

Given the scale and scope of the IoT and the BoD's ability to execute the stated strategy it is not hard to envisage a Tern share price way higher than even I have stated in my most optimistic moments.

This, as others have also stated, could be spectacular, not just because of DA but way down the line.

Whichever way you look at it the company say we are in stage 3 with DA so in a spirit of encouraging realism that means it will be sold to a third party within a year as per stated company policy!

Professor Loughton will wake up one morning with the realisation the prolific daily volume of posts is worth up to 5% on the TERN share price each and every day.

Read an interesting piece from recent research on the actual impact over a 12 month period of trolling x11 stocks. Posting content was not a factor for those shares that were targeted but in an uptrend the volume of posts ensured greater daily visibility and gains. For Loughton and TERN we are in that ultimate sweet spot.

We must thank him for his continued and guaranteed support of TERN.

151% gain in just the last 11 trading sessions. Look forward to a lot more ......

Talking of future valuations here's one for Low Tern to PHSL. Time to dream. 1 Funding plans in US withdrawn. 2 Therefore DA must be solvent at least in short term. 3 Lots of well connected business partners seemingly going to use Keyscaler. 4 Potentially 10,000,000,000 plus devices needing securing. 5 Keyscaler secures only 10% of market and collects on average $0.50 per device per year. 6 Gross income $500,000,000,7 Net profit at 10% = $50,000,000.8 PE of only 20 to get valuation of DA at $1bn. 9 Tern share $560m. 10 Asset value in Tern attributable to DA only $2.50 per share ie £1.50 - plus InVMA and Wyld. 11 So a twenty bagger from here looks very much achievable. 12 But if any of the above numbers prove to be too conservative - who knows what could transpire. The future looks bright and I will not be selling.
