Markets and shares are all about collective psychology ; perception and sentiment. We’ve seen a complete cycle here over 3+ years but, at last, we have sentiment shaped on a number of partnerships with global players that should logically lead to exponential revenue growth given time.

If the market is now going to ‘buy’ DA as the real deal , based on tech valuations, the market should be forward looking 1-2 years. It may seem exuberant but looking at many other techs, would a 50x forward earnings multiple be unrealistic? What this looks like now is perhaps difficult to predict but I’d suggest a £100 million DA valuation now. That values TERN , with its other investments, at c.£60 million.

It wouldn’t be unreasonable,based on the above, to see a rapid rise to 30p+ within days - this would simply value DA where the market values any other highly promising tech stock partnered with global players by reason of its product being unique and needed by the global partners....

There have been a number of occasions where stocks have risen several hundred percent in days when the market cottons on to the potential and likely realisation of future revenues, TERN is now one of those stocks ...

Good optimistic posts this morning and I agree we may find one morning a predator has gobbled up DA. Looking at the excellent report again and the imagined waterfall of revenues I am more blue sky dreaming....ASOS number 2 I think. I sold my ASOS at 9p and I’m not intending making the same mistake. 🤑🤑🤑

An interesting share that has fallen out of sight in recent months but one which could see a strong recovery year is TERN.

The company are going through a period of recovery and restructuring in order to allow them to produce more revenue and funding for their assets but if done well could lead to some substantial uplift in the share price.

They have brought in some experienced heads to guide the ship now and who have many contacts that could be utilised to the companies advantage and I would expect this share to be moving back towards it’s high’s of April 2017 level in the coming months.

Date added: 27/02/2018 – Price when added to list: 3.25p – Target price: 10p (+207%)

I will continue to update this list during the first half of 2018 and provide updates on the progress of these companies.

i can see the market rerate continuing for sometime until it better reflects the significant progress made to date and prices in what may prove to be a very conservative stage 3 valuation for Device Authority alone ..those selling are providing the necessary liquidity to enable New buyers in, but those here who are well researched will know we are a very long way off fair valuation .. It has been a tough wait but our rewards may finally prove swift and fruitful .. nai

TERN's investee companies, particularly Device Authority,are, and have been, the subject of deep research and wide informed comment by a diverse spectrum of resident posters.
Having assimilated as much of the information provided as possible,it is patently obvious(to me) that there is massive latent value here;way beyond(imo)even those (although increasingly subdued) projections proposed by Johnma.

I believe that TERN itself will currently be under close scrutiny and that a near term approach seems highly likely.Any potential suitors could well seek to acquire an initial equity stake in TERN via the market and this might explain the high trading volumes and relentless short term rise in the TERN share price.

It will require a much higher share price to persuade LTH to part with their stock.
If I am correct,then we might see interested parties adopting a more aggressive stance in their stake building,thus triggering even sharper percentage rises.

Either way,TERN continues to constitute an outstanding investment opportunity.

This will be a rinse and repeat placings cycle unfortunatley and i personally doubt that they are making any money in this at all taking into account costs of running the show, salaries etc!
There seem to be a few die hard TERN'ers on this thread and fair play to them as it's their own hard earned.
Personally would not touch this!
Always keep an open mind and listen to both sides (Bulls & Bears) Seems like the Bears have been right so far in this one to date.

Good morning and a happy almost xmas to you all.
This will be my last post ever on ADVFN as I am getting away from shares and will only be holding in TERN as an investor.
Just to let you all know.
The first 1 million purchase of this morning was mine.
1 x 500k
2 x 250k

I'm making this snappy and I understand not all will believe me so I have no issue with that.

I visited the Tern offices yesterday afternoon and was welcomed with open arms
I will not be saying anything on this board or any other regarding my meeting as I believe if you have invested here you need to do your own research and make an effort to getting the information you need.
Well I left more than satisfied.
I'm not going to say any more than buy more shares here if you have money, if not it's still good
This time next year some of you here will be looking at retirement :)

I will still be accumalting on the quiet and I wish you all the very best for 2018 and one thing, don't worry about TERN

They know all
Trust me its going to get hot here soon :)

I have sent countless emails and messages to them via the DA site and our worries are being addressed as we speak and appropriate action will be taken if necessary (which tells me it will be)

I will not post the full letter here due to privacy and the respect of the TERN board but it is very similar to JOE's make that what you will
