If this information was not know, it certainly isn't baked in. It just means a bit more suspicion from the market as key suppliers are less reluctant to push stock up front and may start or have started demanding cash up front. The insurance is just a lubricant for a good supply chain. Quite strange that this information has just been released now or was it a leak? It certainly won't improve sentiment but we will soon see.

Old news?

"...the fashion retailer has been trading without credit insurance since the height of the pandemic. The Sunday Times reported that big insurers such as Euler Hermes and Atradius cut cover for Ted Baker’s suppliers back in 2020"
