From previous recent price movements, unfortunately news on Ted is leaky as hell - both up and down.I suspect today's movement might be indicative of imminent positive news, but so also is the upside price that the buyers are aiming for.

We have had 6 years of highly depressed UK small and mid caps. This stock falling basically to an all time low in the middle of a takeover process pretty much sums up how terrible sentiment is

So is there anything behind the takeover approaches? Process hasn't been cancelled yet so there must be some interest. You have to wonder will the Private Equity companies get a better chance than now to secure takeovers when everyone is so depressed
