Looks as though liberium may get their price after all!!. There is a trading gap formed on may7th last year from 166.4 to 172.7 this looks likely to close also . For what its worth I also added today , nothing company specific to worry about just ride it out.GL all.

Watched some reasoning on TV this morning that suggested the Saudis were responsible for the downturn due to trying to wreck Iran's economy, the interviewee also said that Saudi Arabia would be bankrupt by 2018 if they went on much longer.

Any long term investor will tell you any shares bought at the moment will give you a very healthy profit over the next 12 months, these are totally oversold & speaking to people on site nothing has changed in TW's circumstances. Across the housing industry that I work for ,I would say that orders so far this year have exceeded all expectations & we are well on course to double last years turnover,Its not all doom & gloom out there!!! To many people panicking about what might happen around the world & we all know its never as bad as we think, Sadly we are very good at talking ourselves into a recession.

The 7.68p special dividend paid out in July 2015 has been accounted for in the 2015 accounts so payments received for FY2015 are 7.68p (special) + 0.49p (interim) = 8.17p

Digital Look are forecasting 9.72p full yr div for FY2015 which suggests a final payment of 1.55p (FY2014 1.32p) payable in May 2016.

Digital Look are also forecasting 10.99p full yr div for FY2016 which, assuming a 9.22p special div (payable in July 2016), suggests a full yr maintenance div of 1.77p for FY2016. Considering the FY2015 full yr maintenance div is looking like 2.04p, Digital Look's forecast of 10.99p full yr div for FY2016 seems pretty conservative to me. Aimho

TOTAL FY 2016 - 10.99p (E)
---------------------------------
TOTAL FY 2015 - 9.72p (E)
final (May 16) - 1.55p (E)
interim (Sep 15) - 0.49p
special (Jul 15) - 7.68p
---------------------------------
TOTAL FY 2014 - 3.10p
final (May 15) - 1.32p
interim (Sep 14) - 0.24p
special (Jul 14) - 1.54p

covered my short. hopefully bounce a little and I can do the same. All the housebuilders share prices look to have topped out.

Majority have made bearish signals.

From the Interims...

"Our dividend policy has two elements: a maintenance dividend, which we are committed to maintaining throughout the housing cycle and which is currently set at 2% (at the top end of our 1-2% of net assets policy); and an annual cash return. A key part of our rationale is to provide investors with a significant and reliable dividend stream."

"In addition to the £300 million total cash return already paid in 2014 and 2015, we propose to return £300 million by way of a cash return in July 2016, equating to c.9.22 pence per share, subject to shareholder approval at the 2016 AGM."

So another c9.22p special div to come in July 2016 on top of the maintenance dividend.

There was a special dividend of 7.68p paid in July. So returns will depend on what future dividend policy they employ.

Last year .49p Int ex 20/8 and 1.32p Final ex 9/4. These are quite poor returns on a share of this price.

What is known of 2016 returns?

Thanks.

Doyden, sorry to ask but I can't locate the three dividends that you mention.
Your assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks, Billy5

I bought a few more this morning so chances are, knowing my luck, it'll tank.

On another topic, has anybody started using Vox markets?

Think London is not looking good if this is true, whilst tw. may not be affected as much as others it is one of a number of indicators suggesting the mega housing bubble is bursting/will burst

They're down because of institutional greed, the whole market is down because they'd run out of ways to make money on the up side imo.

I didn't think I'd have the opportunity to buy more at this bargain price ahead of the three cracking dividend payments in the coming months.Last year it rose rapidly right from the start of the new financial year, presumably as investors added to their ISAs.
