Looks like my decision the other day to take profit here and move into Bovis BVS has been the right one for a change :-)

Decided to take my profits and reinvest in BVS Bovis. They have fallen too far and I reckon are good for a 30% bounce.!

Until a few months ago I had never heard of Liberum & I have been investing for nearly 40 years,In that time I would Say that 5% of broker comments have come true, Unless you have a crystal ball Its impossible to predict whats going to happen in the next few minutes let alone next year, I have ran my own company for 35 years & long gave up making predictions as it is just not possible, I just take each day as it comes & so far have increased profits every year except for 2-3 during the last recession.

Daffyd

"There will also be a London Help to Buy scheme for those within the capital who can save a deposit of 5% of the value of the property they want to buy. They will be able to get an interest-free loan, for up to five years, worth up to 40% of the value of that home."

So not quite.

Surely TW are up not down. The initial rise was due to pre-announced house building support. Clearly fallen back a bit since.
