Does anybodu know, TW have already declared their divi for 15th may and 10th july.

Do they have to honour this or can they still cancel the divi if they feel like it ?.

Any rules governing this ?.

I have no doubt that had this virus not emerged we would have been North of £3 this year. Timescales change accordingly.

These could be down 30% today if the DOW is in a bad mood!!"

These could be up 30% today if the DOW is in a good mood. Cant see either happening myself but thought I would get in on the pointless and unsubstantiated drivel.

"Sikh a cleaning company cleans all new houses prior to completion to what extent I am not sure but as the germs can only live a few days what would be the point of a deep clean."

These got down to .18 p in last housing crash 07/08, dividends likely to be suspended and could well be back to 40p. UK isnt going to survive the self harming brexit fiasco and this virus.

Dow futures are all over the place. No wonder this is such a guessing game at the moment.

here we go ... 'house sales due to go through in the next 2 months have seen a 20% postponement'. If this is a start the whole market will stop for a while. Going to get very nasty for the next 3 months THEN return.

Yes,I think that pretty much summarises things. On the bright side, you don't get that many septuagenarians working on building sites.

I think one of the issues with the share price is that the dividend consists of special and ongoing, i suspect we will see the share price adjust as holders expect the special dividend to be shelved during the crisis.

There will perhaps be a slowdown in building new houses, as both workers will stop working and building supplies get harder to be sourced.

there will be time to top up, but perhaps lower than here.

Just had an email from IG who are now auto rolling all March contracts to June at the close of play. They do love their pound of flesh. I really hope their is a good bounce at some point in the week and punters manage to screw some money back from the SB companies.

Your customer base has gone

World debt, and 4-8 times over valuation of your product.

Plus shareholder greed.

I pondered whether markets could close effectively in a world economy.
e.g. If FTSI closed, other world services likely has a proxy/futures type service that can trade its constituents out of hours. If this happened it would only cause more inequitable trading.
