Could have 8 million cash no debt
Shares are way too cheap in my opinion

Very good!

And not a single mention of Brexit either.

"Group profit before tax is therefore expected to be materially ahead of the prior year. The strong trading performance also enabled cash generation which helped to strengthen the balance sheet position further."

A good start to 21 even in lockdown.
Costs 1 m lower.
Eps might be above 70p
Now see what the MM make of it
Has to be worth more

What a cracking statement! Whilst there are clearly issues, the headline picture is very strong and I am particularly imppressed with the increased level of shareholder communication under Jim Shears - what a difference a year and a change of chairman makes. Greater clarity over the pension fund/dividend payments position, but that doesn't feel like a significant constraint. The Board and particularly the execs should be congratulated - if they keep up the good work and communication, this share will appear on a lot more investors' radars.

What about the p/e? 8 for a fast grower it's ridiculous. I expect at least 15 for this year

It's a lot lower even If compared with other companies with by far worse condition. At the moment it's like if we play another sport, things can't stay like that forever

THE COMPANY has net cash of 6/8 million.

It has a plan to spend that and it will hopefully lead to an increase of revenue as well as cutting costs so should increase profitability.

We are ready for the next leg up

Thank you guys, I appreciated

Anyway in my wiew I don't think they will rise interest rates before at least 1 year of the total reopening of the economy, the injection of new capital by the government culd create a bit of overconfidence/inflation. For sure part of the stimulus will be paid later and it could and in tears, but I don't see other way for get out of these situation well as a coutry if not keeping low interest rates for a bit, and maintain the stimulus for who is at home . If the demand is still high and your profit margin is lowered by the higher costs, adding a bit of debt couldn't be a good way for doing better than the year before by encreasing revenues? I mean, there is no debt here :) anyway it's a sign of health for sure. So you don't expect to see any debt for 2021? You said that institutions wouldn't get a meaningful part here, I suppose due of the small market cap. I would't see investing havier during favorable times as a lack of patience, or a reckless move if the debt is not excessive

Also useful in terms of providing assurances to suppliers that you are able to pay them.

Always good to have a reserve of cash for when hard times hit. Its best to keep clear of borrowing if possible since keeping the banks happy is a distraction. Consumer demand might reduce when the full impact of the economy hits the wealth of many when unemployment rises and taxes rise to start to pay off enormous Government debt.

I'm positive and very patient :) instead I was wandering why they keep low debt in this environment of huge demand. Of course management know what to do better than me.. But is it just a cautious way to manage? Or there is something else? If I'm correct it should lowering the profit margin but increasing revenue we would have a better eps isn't it? Maybe we will see more leverage this year? There was a lot of uncertainty last year due coronavirus, it's probably becouse of this? If so how to blame.

I think we need a trading update as there has been no news for the past four months and the year end is December. We had the infamous update and our ex chairs rant on the 10th Feb last year so hopefully there may be something released this week

Last year we had a trading update in early February so hopefully with our management much more appreciative of shareholder engagement I am not expecting one to be later than that and possibly earlier.

There are no institutional holders now because they would really struggle to get a meaningful holding here.

I am hoping for two years at least of very good trading and much increased earnings so the low rating here will turn into a very, very low rating if the share price does not increase substantially on positive news. As ever I think we have to be patient.

OUT OF THE 23/24m you pay out there is 6/8 million in cash.
so the company has cost you 16m.

There are then a shed load of real assets. The building etc.

The price is crazy but the market is often wrong.
