I know you have a strong opinion - but it's not an opinion that matters - its fact :)

PS voting against resolutions is a waste of time they will all go through.

good advise nobby about top slicing. I will be letting profits run at 80p. I see the possibility of 70p tomorrow and 80 by end of the week.

Dave - it requires 75 percent of shareholders to waive their pre-emotion rights for the conditional placing. You can just vote no.

They appear to have been badly advised on this.

I should also stress further to my post above there is a chance of an intermediate result. For example if they just miss the p value but there is a strong tendency towards efficacy, that might be good enough for an approval in these extraordinary circumstances. However, the regulator would have to decide so there would be a hiatus whilst we waited. It is difficult to predict the price under that scenario but i suspect it will be lower than whatever the level is prior to the trial result.

At least £500 million probably higher. So IMHO as I keep saying the tactic is to take some off the table close to the time of the results and allow the rest to run. If the trial is positive, this will be a life changing investment. But you have to realise, if the result is a complete negative the price will be sub 20p and the fall will be brutal. So you have to go in with your eyes open and just to say I forecast between 80-100p before the result.

No investment advice intended and DYOR....
