Well let’s hope for all our sakes that I’m on the money.

I’m also a fan of Trackwise at this level after the last fundraise

If you have £1.5m invested here, then you must be extremely wealthy if SCE represents 5% of your portfolio.

Yours, Blue with envy :)

Might just be follow-up from the Finncap note. I thought it read well as a quick summary (hat tip to you GrahamITY for the spot as I missed it on Reserach Tree).

It's worth reiterating that the order book is already up to £115m. And that once Finncap's discount rate improves a little with production and commerciality they see a 100p share price.

180,000 bought so far, without moving the price.

Just waiting to see the mark on the other side from the inevitable seller……..

Assume it has been mentioned somewhere for this flurry of activity ? Anyone know where ?

Oh dear, Finncap top tip list eh? That's a contrarian sign if I ever saw one, especially for a story stick like this one where the valuation isn't based on fundamentals atm.

Graham1TY - I completely agree that they should be less passive with the seller if at all possible.
It doesn't reflect well that after announcing their biggest ever contract, and the brokers confirming that the furnace issues are resolved, the share price is slipping to the last placing price. Confidence is hard won and easily lost.

Graham1TY - Very good spot, I had missed this Finncap update. I note that each of the research team make a pick for 2022. SCE is picked by Raymond Greaves, who is the head of research at Finncap. The big boss won't want to get egg on his face that's for sure.

I wonder if FinnCap and SCE know who the seller is ? They should bid them for their stock and clean them out……

And should have done that quite a while ago…..it is not enormous volumes

I had not spotted that SCE is one of FinnCaps top tips for 2022. There was a new research note dated 1 Jan, called “11 for 22”, where each analyst writes up their top prospect for 2022. The note does not say anything particularly new ( though does assert that all the furnace issues HAVE been resolved.

As they are brokers, perhaps discounted by their clients ? And hopefully all their institutions have heard the story many times before ?

Either way, it has had no impact ! The seller remains, and there is no buyer….

Only just spotted your post 6328 Swiss Paul after logging in to make a fresh post myself. The last post I was seeing on my phone was cheese666's post 6327. In response to your post 6328 I would say that if AM have had to work hard to deliver the Valkyries they have last year in the face of "supply chain challenges" - then if ST have been equally working hard alongside the AM team - then it should have strengthened the working relationship. I used to have a Sales Director colleague and he used to say people generally buy from other people they know and trust.
I did actually come on here to post that I am finding it ridiculous that ST was heading back down towards 50p - what with all the positive news we had last year. Michael Cunningham must do as well given that he purchased 20,000 shares at 56.7p in December '21. Fils

Interesting that the final pieces for the Plaid are being put in place and the current brake set up is seen as insufficient. CC's should be standard on a car with this level of performance.

Happy New Year all.

We have been promised an update this month - and quarterly updates too whilst the business ramps up production.

We could well hear of new contracts but for me, this year is all about successfully recruiting and retaining staff, meeting OEM supply requirements and finally becoming profitable

FWIW more likely he has taken the information in the 14 Dec update and other public material and compressed the timeline to make it look like he has inside info. All lth here know SCE does not leak inside info, especially not to a shareholder who only appeared last year.

SCE Investor, either you have been told inside information (naughty)
Or you are making it up (naughty)

This has always been a ramp free Board, and would be good if it remained that way.....

Happy new Year Graham and all SCE incestors here.

Picked up another 50K in two blocks of 25K.
Been told this will be transformational month with further orders and a January update which will hopefully put the final commissioning teething issues behind us!
