This is one of the few cases where an internal blow up between Hulsey and BoD shows the inner workings. Usually they take their secrets to the grave.

Will be a great shame if this one is not pursued.

And people posting false and misleading statements to tempt naive investors into their stocks are just good all round guys are they?

An example of this is would be the Quindell threads where Rogthepog, aka Nicky Name, aka Steamy, spent all day "defending the stock" when it was clear for anyone with an ounce of savvy to see that there were serious problems and questions to answer.

I wonder how many people lost money as a result of that ramping?

How many people lost money because of the actions of the company?

Yet funnily enough nobody ever takes the rampers or company to task, it's much easier to blame a bloke called Tom!

I see false and misleading statements being made by some posters on AERO, and that's why people post here, to correct them, and give balance.

Anyone who wants a one way discussion board, with bulls only and no balance, should go and make their own "discussion" (LOL!) board!

ADVFN allow bulls AND bears to freely express their opinions, and whilst they do, these boards have a value.

If you don't like that, why are you posting here?

So why don;t you ask Dennis to focus on AERO instead of personally attacking people here with malicious allegations he has no hope of proving because they simply aren't true, he knows it, and you know it.

You on the otherhand failed to correct his misleading post about the TEAM contract, opting instead to simply post the RNS in the header where nobody will bother reading it!

Aggregate the t/o of the companies bought, does the combined run rate tally with what is reported?
Likewise aggregate the profits purchased, does the combined run rate tally?
Check the size of the exceptionals and reverse calculate the actual metrics of the companies bought - do they stack up?
Check for the obligatory statement that "exceptionals are a one off item for integration, reorganisation" or other such twaddle.
Check the working capital tie-up, quick ratio and acid test ratio.
Scrutinise the cashflow for conversion of profits. Work out the monthly cashflow run rate if critical.
Check the deferred consideration/lock up expiry dates - are they dumping stock - if yes then they may have a better clue than most of us.

If the answer is negative to all/most of those questions then you have your answer. All else is Jackanory, tweets or not."


There were many (who shall remain nameless!) decided, against all the cold hard evidence presented, that QPP was the best thing since sliced bread and that RT was a living god. Almost all have gone to ground since except for one who still sees a conspiracy of international hedge funds out to destroy a fine British company.

There too was Bull only threads dedicated to nothing but absolute bull (just as here).
