What happened to the court case where HS's defence had "no merit"?

Why did AERO pay HS $75K and 11% of the company in shares if there was "no merit"?

When is the fraud case being heard?

Why did you think the capitulation to HS was "good" after stating his defence "had no merit"

I hope AERO know how badly your campaign of lies and misinformation is damaging the company.

I am sure TW and his cohorts attacking companies using a number of usernames abusing directors making accusations attacking posters who don't follow his line and agree with him will have an effect how much I would think depends on each individual company and the problems it might have. His strategy is clearly to do his best to support his trolling website at the expense of shareholders in the company he is targeting.

Andy, You found one word in the many posts I've made pointing out the may wayward posts you and the group you've joined have made. even this was previously used making it clear it was merely an error and can as your lies and cheating be checked and is accurate.
Even now you are still maintaining your lies and cheating, It's already proven and you are just making it worse for yourself, I'll keep calling you a cheat and liar until you realise you have no defence for your actions and do the right thing.
I don't like this at all but you've brought it on yourself and should be ashamed, My advice is and has always been, Check what you post is correct before you post it, I can only assume you want a pat on the back as you do get from your group who are not exactly anything to be proud of, Being hostile for hostile sake is not a desirable trait but it's good you carry on, It makes it very easy for me to counter as you have admitted your issues are four to ten month out of date and does nt include all the progress we have enjoyed since.
So, you can all put your wayward posting in your pipe and smoke it, It's irrelevant as we move on with a proven package of services worldwide with a new technology expanding and developing in a very lucrative market worth billions over the next few years. You are more transparent than a pain of glass, and far more damaging AERO more than anyone else on this board.

People can see through your lies and misrepresentations, nobody is fooled by them at all, you're only demeaning yourself!

Hello group, What are you lot talking about, Why not arrange a meeting elsewhere and have a good go at each other, It has become normal on these BB's to divert what is and change the subject.
The point is 4 months ago we were in the middle of the difficult period we all know about, In this period there were changes made that have showed good progress while as you say were skint,
There has been two fund raising in this period, Not massive amounts by any means but enough to get us through with some left over to make the recent gains we also know about but demeaned by our resident group who want all the progress made ignored or at least the significance of them and the targets set questionable using their own made up doubts of where we are and out of date figures to support their negative views.
Keep going group, We all know the games you play, Adding new ID's and talking about other things that have nothing to do with Aero doesn't change anything.
Aero despite having difficulties kept everything intact and have made good progress, Anyone doing a little research can see this, Whatever you say is based on trying to maintain the concerns that are no longer relevant.
You also know that until we are updated you have a chance to make your views seem valid, Until then I suppose we have to put up with you for a little while longer.
It's been months of wayward information from you and has been hostile from the start, Things are changing for the better, even on these threads so your campaign is finished apart from your now feeble efforts to make it seem otherwise.

City goes on holiday from about December 1st it's Xmas Party season so if they want to get anything done they've got a few weeks left to get it done.

I think the bucket shops have one more deeply discounted placing in them for SA so I am only at 25% on bust by Christmas.

In general the military does not contract with little companies like the subsidiaries of SA, so it was always a flawed concept. There may have been some niche work they could have picked up under sub contract from the big boys the military uses but that is about it.

The decision to go after HS in the US courts was a very bad one, not least of which is that US courts enable online access to filings shortly after they are made so there was no way SA could only have their side told. I think HS is a bit of a nut case. Having said that there was clearly a lot of truth in what he was saying. His company is clearly a complete dog and SA knew it was, so why did SA buy it and then continue to employ him? If they made such a mess of that, it stands to reason that other acquisitions were equally poor.

You are right about SA, Karolina - it does not look good and to answer your last question, I would put the chances of de-listing to your timescale at about 80%. Shame really, as the founding concept of training military pilots on serious combat drones was a good one. Taking survey photographs with quad-copters is just not in the same league.

Dennis seeks to deflect attention away from the real issue here, which is that SA will go bust losing shareholders all their money. He can try all he likes but nothing he posts will change that ultimate reality.

What do you think the net current liability position is at the moment? How does that compare to the amount they are likely to be able to raise. What sort of discount do you think the bucket shops are going to have to offer to get that placing away?

How likely do you think it is that SA shares will be suspended never to return before Christmas?
