Update on Procedures Issued

Frank Warren and Sports Network Limited have today concluded that its interim
application for injunctive relief will no longer be pursued against the
Hatton's. This decision does not affect the claim for damages which Sports
Network is still pursuing.

This decision allows Sports Network to preserve its claim for breach of
contract whilst allowing Ricky to pursue his next fight.
