finnCap is certainly the name that came to my mind when I read chillpill's post. One of the added advantages with them is that their research is readily available to investors for free.

What we don't know is how much of WHI's very understated presentation is due to direct guidance from SPSY.

Another good bit of news. Being a client of WH Ireland means very little other that operating as a Nomad.

Good to have some basic info out there but not going to gets lots of institutions buying on the back of it.

They probably need to appoint a new broker but very few decent ones out there.

Another little boost. Good to see the lottery side firming up nicely.

So why doesn't Nabil move the listing to the US?

Our valuation beggars belief On Nasdaq we would be valued at 500m buck mkt cap

A big part of the problem is that whilst SPSY have multiple potential multi-bag opportunities, for whatever reason, in calculating a sum of parts valuation, WHI put a very low probability weighting on all of them.

We have no knowledge how these probabilities are derived but it does make SPSY sound like a very core business with circa 10 Hail Mary opportunities thrown in for luck (as per

Similarly we are getting minimal benefit in the valuation for the current work with a Central Bank (the Fed?), which could lead to very significant revenues.

I would like to think all these probabilities are much higher than the coverage suggests.... ...if for no other reason that SPSY would not be devloping these technologies if they did not have serious expectations of selling them at significant profit.

I have no idea whether WHI forecasts are guided by the company or not. If not, one option the company has (without changing brokers) is to engage one of the paid for research outfits (such as Equity Development, Hardman & Co etc.) which would at least get a second set of forecasts in the market (which a £100m m/c company should have) and at best, give WHI a kick up the backside to upgrade their own forecasts.

Exaggerating slightly, I do wonder what the world would be like if EM had WHI as brokers. A world with no electric cars or commercial space flights, with nobody ever having heard of Tesla?

While I agree that WHI are being somewhat conservative. There is nothing to stop the Company from issuing an update to say they will beat current expectations. I suspect they will at some point.

And they still refuse to upgrade forecasts !!Maybe Nabil will have to send Irelands proof of payment first ?!!Beggars belief

WH Ireland opinion (!):

"...Our progressive FY2021E and FY2022E PBT estimates of $6.3m and $6.5m
respectively are unchanged this morning, but the phasing of revenue from this additional contract is likely to result in an upgrade in at least one year.

Our Sum of the Parts valuation indicates a fair value of 240p, whilst the enhanced and
progressive dividend underpins a yield in excess of 4% at current levels, underpinned by a healthy cash backed balance sheet ($14m) and strong cash generation (5% FCF yield)."

Another great contract win. Would be fantastic if they can start to get other central banks on board using the same technology that has already been developed.

Looks good! Probably helps explain why they haven’t been able to buyback any shares.

An enhanced sensor to detect ‘exotic counterfeits’ has been added to the central bank contract, it’s worth $1.2M extra to Spectra. We obviously have a terrific relationship with this central bank and this is a nice little extra. Now let’s get some of that cash spent on buying and cancelling some shares Nabil.

Since it appears WHI cannot find any institutions to take a decent stake, Nico would have to make an offer if he buys much more, and there is still a persistent seller, I think that it is time for Nabil to look down the back of the sofa and spend a million or 2 to stabilise things. And put some of the expected future revenue in the estimates ! Only putting guaranteed future revenue in the estimates doesnt make them estimates ! :-/

I would as well. Not sure what the situation is- I can only think the Board are in knowledge of inside information and can’t deal at present.

I’m not sure of the AIM rules on share buybacks. In many markets the share buyback is delegated to the broker who then is able to buy on a daily basis regardless of close periods etc.

Love to see some of that buyback money spent. If the share is worth 240p, this is in bargain territory.

I'm not a dealer here I have too many shares to buy any more unless there was a distressed seller at a discount I'm v patient here I believe In Nabil and I believe one day we will get taken out at above 300pAnd in the men's time I'm paid 5pct yield to hold the stockThe divi and cash balance should protect our downside in a mkt correction although if share price falls 50pct most U.K. cos will also halve in value

Hi nico

Are you still holding the share price up here. Obviously far too much substance with SPSY for the share price to do a Gamestop!
