02/7/2021 12:14 | @Gnome3 yes caught up except I changed move to X-O instead. My account is still split across Eqi and X-O with shares sitting in both at moment ie account not moved fully yet. Spectra dividend will take ages too if it ever appears automatically. May have to chase it. | fegger
02/7/2021 10:49 | Nothing yet in my AJ Bell /Youinvest SIPP. Anyone else get their dividend yet with the same account? | boonkoh
02/7/2021 10:04 | SPSY divi: HL SIPP 6.764p, HL ISA 5.750p per share. Daylight robbery by some brokers to only pay out 4 point something p. Not often HL looks attractive these days... The divi is obviously really tax inefficient for many UK PI holders (including me in the ISA) - personally I'd be happy with zero divi and more buybacks instead (timed to when the board believes it is good value), but that's just me... | vprt
02/7/2021 09:57 | IG paid out in record time this year, although still on autopilot deducting 30% instead of 15% with a W8-BEN in place. Only the 3rd year on the trot they've got it wrong! | argylerich
02/7/2021 09:05 | Has anybody else been caught up in the sale of EQI to Interactive Investors? The transfer to ii took place on the weekend of 26th June, before the dividend had landed. Now having to complete a new W-8BEN and hope for the best. No sign of the dividend yet in ii. | gnome3
02/7/2021 08:27 | Investoree - I raised a complaint case against IWeb two years ago about their treatment of Spectra dividends. They were withholding 30% for Isa customers and 15% for Sipp customers, which was clearly wrong. After a three month investigation they wrote to all customers who receive US paid dividends and said that they would pay out at the correct rate including going back in time to previous dividend payments but that going forward they would be withholding the full 30% tax and that if you didn’t like it that you should sell affected shares and move on, or words to that effect. AJBell are just awfully slow to pay dividends. They wait until they have been paid by the registrar and the funds have cleared in their accounts before paying their customers. They will not budge on this, I have tried. Again just accept it or move on. Edit: IWeb div just landed at the same rate as you Investoree. | fozzie
02/7/2021 08:16 | Nothing from IWeb and nothing from AJBell. | fozzie
02/7/2021 08:11 | What better share pays 5pct while you wait for polymer substrate contracts which will propel profits from 15m bucks per annum to 25m per annum in 2024 and 2025If we aren't 10 pounds plus in 2025 I may walk naked around MILL HILL (barring a take over ) Simple madness | nico115
01/7/2021 20:01 | Apols IG has been paid, but the contract notes being issued in excel format is not easy to follow. It seems they withold 15% tax Just HSBC outstanding, who in the past have deducted 30% and refuse to budge despite my complaints and to the FCA HSBC may well be losing a customer of 22 years. | pj 1
01/7/2021 19:15 | The dividend payment for SPSY has now just appeared in my IWEB ISA and has been paid after tax at the rate of 4.655 pence per share and at the same rate within my Nominee Account. The dividend rate per share paid into my IG ISA and Nominee Accounts are at the rate of 4.76725 pence per share. My X-O (Jarvis Accounts) SIPP account dividend for SPSY has yet to appear in my account. My SPSY Nominee holding was purchased ex-dividend so until the next dividend payment in 2022 I do not know at what rate per SPSY share will be paid. The vagaries and complexities in understanding how the administration of the stock market, varies with different classes of share, especially those on the AIM index which seems to become ever more confusing by the day. May I enquire at what rate the dividend payment per share for their SPSY shares are other PI's receiving. It would also be helpful if you could list what brokers your shares are held with to help me formulate what possible action/complaint mechanism I may be able to pursue to get the this uneven playing field levelled off. Cheers IE | investoree
01/7/2021 17:57 | IG paid, iWEB and X-O (Jarvis) still waiting for my payment. iWEB also deduct the full 30% US withholding tax when they eventually get round to paying it, claiming claiming that the shares are duel listed and held in a nominee account within a Crest nominee account - despite me having a current W8-BEN form in place. Having had direct E-mail correspondence with both Nabil Lawandi and Jim Cherry at SPSY were very prompt and helpful in replying to my enquiry claiming that the shares need to be held in my own name with Computershare who are their Registrar in order to get the 15% US withholding tax rate. Computershare Registrars confirmed this and said that iWEB need to contact Computershare's brokerline to sort this out. iWEB's website was down most of this morning and I was on permanent hold on the telephone frying to get through, due to unprecedented demand from their clients (hardly surprising when their website was down most of the morning!) I would be grateful if any other SPSY shareholders could let me know if they are receiving the same standard of service that I am. Cheers IE | investoree
01/7/2021 14:34 | Spreadex paid out on the 2nd June!!!! | pj 1
01/7/2021 14:32 | HL has been paid IG and HSBC Investdirect nothing. | pj 1
01/7/2021 12:18 | Timing varies massively by broker - I have mine in ii but not in IG or Stocktrade. Also need to check they have only deducted 15% WHT and not 30%. It should be 0% in a SIPP. One of my brokers seems to mess this up every year | harrogate

01/7/2021 11:42 | Just noticed that I never received the 10c dividend on 25 June.. am I missing something? | nick_dunton
25/6/2021 10:30 | You and me both spann 😂 I have to say that I continue to be very impressed by Nabil Lawandy. He is by some distance the most impressive CEO of any of the companies that I hold in my portfolio. His passion and resolve shone through that whole interview with Simso and I am ever more comfortable with my holding here knowing that the man at the top knows what he is doing.I am surprised we haven’t seen a little more buying from private investors off the back of the Mello interview but am mindful that the current market has been very difficult for many over the last few months. I continue to hold and add small amounts where I can. My investment here is roughly 30% of my portfolio and imo it couldn’t be in better hands. NAI. | fozzie
21/6/2021 19:55 | He speaks with great passion about his business. Although after watching that, as a shareholder my question is - why didn't I get one of those fancy new banknotes through the post? :-) | spann_703
21/6/2021 19:46 | Fabulous interview Nabil is the BEST | nico115
21/6/2021 17:30 | I'm amazed that there aren't many shareholders signed up I've told quite a few See you later Please ask about non cash business and how far he thinks he can grow revs in that area !! Thx Nick | nico115
