20/1/2025 23:42 | I've always suspected that this is an adapted yet legal version of a Ponzi scheme. | ![]() htrocka2
20/1/2025 23:28 | Over the years this BoD has grabbed well over $20m in remuneration (for achieving what?), paid for out of loan money, whilst smaller shareholders continue to sit on zero return, many desperately hoping to salvage something from a lowly 2p exit on re-list. Can see it now, these grinning charlatans strutting onto the agm stage late-Feb waving their wads. Better have Angola/Dubai sorted, fellas, or the low-hanging fruit will be flying. | ![]() dr rosso
20/1/2025 16:46 | Another one beats us to it.. | ![]() htrocka2
20/1/2025 10:14 | 'Trafigura, with a monopoly on Petroleum products'.....I wonder what that entails? 'At the time, Trafigura had a de facto monopoly on imports of petroleum products into Angola, a market valued at USD 3.3 billion a year..' | ![]() htrocka2
19/1/2025 23:36 | Yep, history repeats itself! | ![]() vatnabrekk
19/1/2025 22:57 | We thought that re the last agm vatna | ![]() astralvision
19/1/2025 21:28 | Otherwise a good stoning is in order. Angola oil supply is most welcome but what we really want to know is how far down the road they are with their Dubai commodity (polymers) trading scheme. The latter is where the big money lies. Refined product is worth far more than crude. Clarification of the consortium agreement between ETU and Tende is also needed. Who is entitled to what? | ![]() dr rosso
19/1/2025 21:15 | They can't do that if they don't know when Angola is going to complete. But then I'm also thinking that as they have fixed a date for the AGM they must be confident that Angola will be completed before then. | ![]() vatnabrekk
19/1/2025 21:11 | rpat2....It would nice for us all if they could commit themselves to a positive re-list date....without the usual 'if' and 'but..etc. | ![]() htrocka2
19/1/2025 20:56 | Would Nigeria joining BRICS have had any effect on dealings of the company | ![]() kwizza
19/1/2025 19:35 | The only company where the shareholders are happy to take a loss in real terms simply to free themselves of the appalling behaviour of the bod | ![]() riskybisky
19/1/2025 18:03 | I’d take 2p too…. Hardly a decent return on the time invested…̷ | ![]() 14hugo
19/1/2025 17:46 | Av and HT I'd take 2p, looking forward to agm | ![]() rpat2
19/1/2025 17:20 | I'll snap their hands off for 3.5p even though they where a lot more than that 16 years ago. | ![]() htrocka2
19/1/2025 14:41 | Agreed Carbs They could have got to that price a dozen times over if they had gone with lesser assets and a good story on the AIM. Yet here we are 17 years and nothing. Now the prospect of a measly 3p. But doing this asap was clearly never their agenda. This has become their own little fiefdom and personal gravy train. We don't matter a jot. 3 years to complete 1 asset. Utterly disgraceful. | ![]() chuffy1972
19/1/2025 14:21 | Although it may be a realistic target….. I don’t think I can stand the thought of yet another year….. I could do with money too… and swiftly ! | ![]() 14hugo
19/1/2025 13:43 | Good Post Dr....I've locked your 3.6p 'end of Dec' relist target into my archive document.....good luck. Hope you're right.(I need the money) 'Hence we see a relist target min 3.6p ($200m+ mcap) by end-Dec this year.' | ![]() htrocka2
19/1/2025 13:38 | Personally I think you are being very optimistic Doc! But that's fine, we need some optimism here right now! | ![]() vatnabrekk
19/1/2025 12:46 | Hang on Doc, I thought we had already decided that the $50M loan was most likely provided by Petropolymer as they had recently increased the security over all of Tende's assets? | ![]() vatnabrekk
19/1/2025 12:27 | AR page 24 Dr Rosso - 01 Jan 2025 - 15:50:12 - 138924 of 139159 SIRIUS PETROLEUM - CASHED UP AND READY TO ROLL - SRSP A) "If the Price for the Shares does not grow from the Base Value (of 2p) by at least 20% per annum over the three-year period ending 31 December 2025 then the Option shall lapse and cease to be exercisable." 20% per annum, so this means 2.4p by 31 Dec 2023, 2.9p by 31 Dec 2024, ..... The share price has to be at 3.5p at 31 Dec 2025, or all 60m options bite the dust. B) "If the Price for the Shares does not grow from the Base Value (of 2.5p) by at least 20% per annum over the three-year period ending 31 December 2026 then the Option shall lapse and cease to be exercisable." 20% per annum, so 3p by 31 Dec 2024, 3.6p by 31 Dec 2025, ......... The share price has to be at 4.3p by 31 Dec 2026, or all 51m options lapse. Exercisable at 0.25p, targets met would mean a D collective gain of Scenario A) 60m x 3.25p at 31 Dec 2025. Almost £2m. Scenario B) 51m x 4.05p at 31 Dec 2026. Another £2m | ![]() dr rosso
19/1/2025 12:14 | Bank of New York is just like Hargreaves Lansdown, they have not invested personally and someone doesn’t invest 50 million on a gamble | ![]() ace1976 |
