Run the Co. down to a shell, restructure via cancelling all 5.3bn shares, then transfer over to NewCo waiting in the wings to manage the newly set up subsidiary as a commodity trading project, Ds suitably compensated for their efforts.

A strange world....I noticed on a couple of sites, potential investors are now asking AI for information with reference to an investment prior to making a decision.(to find out which of the rampers or derampers are closer to the truth).I haven't got the APP...However, would some one on here give it a go...and see what you come up with?. Thanks in advance...Ask the AI APP...is TENDE ENERGY a good investment?

Let's hope so indeed PM. I only mention this scenario because I've been caught out a couple of times with this sort of arrangement, African Mineral several years ago, and Rambler Metals & Mining more recently. But I'm hoping that our BoD are not playing tricks like that, and it's some comfort to know that there are quite a few rather large shareholders involved in Tende.

What a fantastic way to rid this company of it's share holders once and for all Vat. Based in Dubai imagine the difficulty taking them to task, if it goes that way.

I think it's been touted a few times, this scenario.

Let's pray that's not the case and they're honest, decent people who finally do right by it's shareholders.

A bit more here than meets the eye?....maybe due to the DD, the deal was that Tende, as agents for the deal, hence entitled to salaries paid out of commissions, repay the loan first before they can have access to any oil?...just a thought?

I dont disagree, but how is it that we mushrooms can see that, yet apparently large organisations that will presumably carry our serious DD before lending millions, apparently cannot see that? One look at the history of failure of this BOD, let alone the salaries they are paying themselves, should have any potential lender running for the hills surely.

They're iether very clever or very stupid. Having used shareholders to create an enterprise that awards themselves $2m a year salaries....I'll go for the latter.

Very easy to make a small fortune here at Tende as well as with multiple AIM stocks, equally dodgy and run by charlatans.

Just start off with a large fortune.
