Tunnel now at Lockwood ....13km in out of 37km - looking forward to passenger services via the tunnel guys. Still no mine shaft?

shafts at Woodsmith still at 120m
while the shafts at Woodsmith are completed to 120m depth and work on extending them will re-start later this year.

Emmerson's primary focus is on developing the Project located in Northern Morocco. The Project has a large JORC Resource Estimate (2012) of 537Mt @ 9.24% K 2 O and significant exploration potential with an accelerated development pathway targeting a low capex, high margin mine. Khemisset is perfectly located to capitalise on the expected growth of African fertiliser consumption whilst also being located on the doorstep of European markets. This unique positioning means the Project will receive a premium netback price compared to existing potash producers. The need to feed the world's rapidly increasing population is driving demand for potash and Emmerson is well placed to benefit from the opportunities this presents. The Feasibility Study released in June 2020 indicated Khemisset has the potential to be among the lowest capital cost development stage potash projects in the world and also, as a result of its location, one of the highest margin projects. This delivered outstanding economics including a post-tax NPV 10 of approximately US$1.4 billion using industry expert, Argus', price forecasts.

I am still angry to the extend of loosing £150k plus at the hole Sirius team in the Manor that they have managed the construction start and especially the funding aspect of this project. I hope one day justice will be served and they get what they deserve.....

Don’t think it will. Didn’t hold but with Anglo on the site for many months those in the know as ever probably exited with fair return. As Chris Rock said sometimes Karma kinda no such thing just goes around. Close as NY Moors and I am A Loiner who really believes NY does have it all ....largest geographical county in England ....NY Moors, Dales, Wolds and Yorkshire coast from Humber estuary to the Tees estuary. Would I liked it to be Northern Powerhouse .. for sure but when does anything above Watford in this country receives assistance? Anglo at least stepped in.

Anglo around the site for months on end before announcement of the low ball - but much needed takeover price. Those close would have known something in the offing... Inside track but maybe not the details. Put CV 19 in the mix also... Better than nowt
