04/8/2018 18:23 | well, that's good news. Needed a further top up at 35p | eurofox
04/8/2018 17:54 | Classic share price behaviour SP break long term resistance and peaks at 37.8p intraday before meeting resistance. Volume drops at 37.8p and so does the share price down to 36.2p intraday. If the price returns to the high intraday ie 37.8p on thinner volume then the next few days of trading will dictate the movement over the next ten days. The above is exactly what has happened Weds Thurs Fri last week. If we don't see any further share price gain at the close of trade this coming Mon Tue and the volume is below 10m then we will see a retreat of the share price to maybe 35p in the next 10 trading days. I am short at 38p+ on thin volume Mon Tues Weds next week and before you all start I am talking about a 20 trading day time horizon and completely ignores the fundamentals. However, if volume is say 12m+ on a price hike then all bets are off and I remain long. This is my micro outlook as a retailer trader. | ialwayswinatmonopoly
04/8/2018 13:53 | One for about 272k and one for about 500k (Just shy of). It's only me musing really. If vol is down and the share price is sliding, cheap way of giving it a boost. As I say, just an observation. | ppvn
04/8/2018 13:05 | GM PPVN, Which 2 trades??? NMRN | not my real name
04/8/2018 12:42 | Not sure 10mm volume could be described as loading up, but the two large (in proportion to the days volume) trades yesterday morning just over 36.5p did pique my interest... | ppvn
04/8/2018 10:55 | Must be close ====== What must be close. I do hope you are not trying to suggest that news of Stg2 finance is close, the scammmmers have got wind of it, and are loading up. | 11_percent
03/8/2018 22:10 | Must be close | beeezzz
03/8/2018 17:37 | Good end to week for SXX in my view . Ending on a high of the day very bullish RSI and kept the breakout . Can't wish for more . Slowly slowly it will go to next resistance levels . 40s can't be that far | onedb1
03/8/2018 15:51 | Has the Trump video anything to do with Sirius? If so, at what point please? Thanks. | rrr
03/8/2018 15:21 | Moving up nicely.... | 11_percent
03/8/2018 09:10 | Its My gut Feeling that when these extra shares flood in because of bond conversions that ADM might take the opportunity to buy a substantial stake in us ???? Can I ask how you guys feel the market will react ?? Cant make up my mind if I would prefer Them or traditional II,s | bolstaf

02/8/2018 20:54 | stay long. | blueball
02/8/2018 20:49 | FCA publish any shorts publically when they go above 0.5%. You can pull it in an excel from their website or use a downstream website like shorttracker etc. Any shorts less than 0.5% are not disclosed, and the declarations lag by a couple of weeks. | ppvn
02/8/2018 20:39 | Where do you see how many shorts are open | simoore89
02/8/2018 20:31 | *should* Just for clarity! Edit: there will be 5.5bn shares in issue at that point too don't forget. | ppvn
02/8/2018 20:27 | Ahh yeh that makes sense... thanks for explaining! bring on the re rate | simoore89
02/8/2018 20:16 | Hi Simoore89 When sirius issued the $400m tranche of CBs, they did it because they didn't particularly want to pay back $400mm. The way the funds who bought the bonds get their return is by selling shares in what is in effect an elongated bookrun. So since Nov 2016 there have been CB holders selling shares anywhere above the strike price, which is $0.3076. So once all the CBs are converted the shareprice should realistically rise significantly. In spite of all the selling, our shareprice has seen a rather pleasant rise since the beginning of the year. Once they have got their money back in the form of shares sold short, we should see a rather pleasant rerate. And sirius won't have had to pay a penny back. | ppvn
02/8/2018 20:13 | hoping to keep the price below the forced conversion price so that they go on getting the bond interest as well as getting cash flow from the current price and a hedge against failure - best of all worlds | eurofox
02/8/2018 20:05 | Why do they short the stock.. is it so when they convert they get more slices of cake | simoore89
02/8/2018 20:03 | One of the few benefits of our enlarged share cap is that no (public) declarations are needed until someone goes 23.5mm short. Shouldn't be too long until a couple more creep out of the woodwork. Think it was about 3 weeks lag? | ppvn
02/8/2018 18:34 | oh, is that what fast mover was on about. topped up with some more at the closing price | eurofox
02/8/2018 18:23 | Once again, one of our larger bondholders has increased their shorts. Another 5.64m added. New total is 4.46% or just shy of 210m. Happy days! NMRN | not my real name
02/8/2018 14:21 | Fast mover, Makes more sense than some of the posts on here! NMRN | not my real name |
