03/5/2017 14:10 | NMRN At least get it accurate! From the RNS last November. 'Pursuant to the Firm Placing, Firm Placees have agreed to subscribe for 1,665,805,761 Firm Placed Shares at an issue price of 20.00 pence per New Ordinary Share (the "Issue Price"). The Firm Placed Shares represent approximately 40.0 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares following Admission. In addition, pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer, the Joint Bookrunners and Co-Lead Managers have placed 185,089,529 Open Offer Shares at the Issue Price with the Conditional Placees, subject to clawback to satisfy valid applications by Qualifying Shareholders under the Open Offer. The Open Offer Shares represent approximately 4.4 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares following Admission.' Again it was last year,so why you are still wittering on about it I don't know, unless it's sour grapes? As to agreeing with people, or not, it would be silly not to listen to a sound argument, however,so far I have heard nothing of any value from the negative posters. IMO IMO | hazl
03/5/2017 14:00 | 11percent this very unlikely to go under 20p anytime soon ! Infact I'll put my head on the block and say it's got more chance of breaching 30p. | dp1umb

03/5/2017 12:15 | NMRN. By that inference you care to disagree? Please detail your concerns and I shall assuage your fears one by one. As I have said, this shareprice will be predictable yet mundane for the next few months. I have some time to burn. | ppvn
03/5/2017 11:59 | hazl, What you mean is "a refreshing change to hear from somebody I agree with." The "relatively small proportion" of the shares was 1,600,000,000 added to the already in issue, 2,600,000,000 or 61.5% increase. The resulting 1.6bn new shares now form 40% of the company. You have now out Johnwised Johnwise! All IMHO NMRN | not my real name
03/5/2017 11:46 | PPVN thanks for that. From memory, the 20p shares were a relatively small proportion of the shares in issue and there was a quote something like 'which is designed to reduce the dilution of this proposed fundraising.' Anyway that is past and thank you for a reasoned response. There are some naysayers a plenty here. So a refreshing change to hear from somebody who has worked out that this a valuable opportunity to get in at the bottom rung of a very interesting and likely very profitable business. IMO | hazl

03/5/2017 10:59 | Alphapig - there is no magic stock I'm afraid. But people have to be realistic - this is one of the most complex mining operations of it's kind. Even the conveyor belt is of a size never seen before let alone the complexities of the mine shafts. Cash can drain quickly especially if they hit problems. It'll be years before they commence mining and lots of other macro-circumstances can change in that time. Ok thanks Not my Real Name - that is much as I thought | nicksig
03/5/2017 10:53 | Nicksig, There is no minimum market cap for inclusion in the FTSE all share index. The mkt cap only has relevance to whether or not Sirius is included in the FTSE 250/350. At the moment they are easily in the 250/350. Last time I checked they would be around 165th in the 250 so, obviously, 265th in the 350. NMRN | not my real name
03/5/2017 10:45 | Nicksig, name the magic share without any risk please? | alphapig
03/5/2017 10:39 | This is only going to rise on good progress reports........ | gilscottheron
03/5/2017 10:37 | 'this company will be worth magnitudes of that figure. I would change the will to might as this is certainly not risk free. There are a lot of uncertainties ahead | nicksig
03/5/2017 10:23 | The share price movement is entirely predictable for the reasons I have previously outlined and will continue to be so. It has been predictable since the first funding round was announced in November. The drop below 20p afforded participants the opportunity to purchase below the placement price of 20p, a level which several large institutions bought in at. This was a good opportunity and will remain so – but this price has been and gone. The price movement above 23.86p was also predictable – for the reason that this company will be worth magnitudes of that figure at a future date. However (and this is the rub) – we are now beginning to pay off our already accrued debt. There are c. 1.3bn shares valued at 23.86p – no more, no less (FX fluctuation being the only variable). So above this figure there will be selling, below there will be buying. Once the shares are exhausted, there will be no more supply at these levels (similar to what happened below 20p). At the point the supply of shares are exhausted, not only will our share price move up to a higher level, but we will no longer be shackled to our $400mm bond debt – that will be gone, and shares already allocated will be issued in its place. Technical analysis at this juncture is irrelevant. Sentiment is irrelevant. Larger wheels are in motion and holders would be wise to piggyback on the elephants in the room. | ppvn
03/5/2017 10:00 | Odd pence = 4% ! | dp1umb
03/5/2017 09:53 | I'm really glad I'm cheering you up NMRN. It looks like a cup and handle chart to me so it still looks promising. Sure I could have got in cheaper if I waited but when I see something I like I usually go for it and don't worry about the odd pence. | hazl
03/5/2017 09:52 | Is there a minimum market cap in order to be listed on the main market? If this were to fall to 12p and its market cap was @£500m would it be able to retain its listing? Not a provocation - a serious question | nicksig |
