End of year was 30th June. Trading statement last year was 15th July with full results published early September. Trading update in 2013 was the 11th July so we may see something this week?
Agree the lack of news on the sale/ restructuring is deafening.
I would expect some update on progress alongside trading update even if it is we are still in discussion.

T/O or not, lack of news is deafening.........Silhouette approval in US (27th April 2015) would have kick-started/reset negotiations IMHO......and would imagine the co. are looking for an outright sale, this may be hampering progress......can't see much interest in rump of co. after you strip out the aesthetics' side.........

Well I guess the next news is a ..Trading statement which should be sometime soon.

Thanks for that gobbie. The situation here is unusual in that given the length of time this has been rumbling on you might have expected
1. news of takeover or sale of Silhouette or something along those lines
2. RNS saying that talks had been terminated for whatever reason
It is most peculiar for nothing to be said. Very difficult to know how to play this.

28p to 38p isn't 70% in anyones book. However, I agree this is a long drawn out affair. I suspect this is more complex than a straight forward sell the whole company type deal. Full year ended 30th June so I wonder whether we will see something around the time of full year result results announcement. No news on Silhouette launch timings in the US either. This is the big potential gamechanger for the company

Thought I would look back to see when the story broke about sale of business..... 25 November 2014. announced mulling over sale...... MMMHHH..... shares went up from 28p to about this level 38p to achieve a 70% price hike. So over six months and I don't see a sign of anyone snapping this up. Wonder how long they can keep up this "offer" type situation ?

This has been grinding on for ages now. Easy to forget that there is a company working in the 'back ground' here. None of the usual announcements associated with a supposed growing commercial concern. I would have at least expected a few PR generated headline grabbing snippets from the Silhouette side of the operation.
Lull before the storm?
