Hi (just keeping a tally for my own use here).

Holder before the news and all in profit and have increased a tad since.

There's been a buyer in the mkt since results and as the above tally shows it's not just Hendersons though I wouldn't read too much into that.

Never really a good idea to buy for a takeover IMHO and when things drag out this long ?????

Buy, sell, hold? No idea and no advice.

Major shareholders and directors have just over 70% so any recommendation to sell would pass easily enough (if all on board).

well what I conclude is fairly straight forward, he chose a strategy of not just "showing a leg" to try and sell the business after realising that this company will take 5 to 10 years to get to profits if it ever does, and so dropped their drawers as well. Guess what ?, I think no one was interested as the business model does not work. the price is ludicrous, cash is consumed, losses for years to come and the only way this share price is achieved is because people think that some fool will come and buy it.

It's interesting. All the big usually mouthy shareholders like Soros and Tosca are apparently keeping stumm. They must have asked Spooner what his game is and none seemed to have kicked up a fuss. Plus of course Henderson accumulating - Thank you SoundBuy!!
