Exactly -no one has a clue how this will play out. Still its nice to be knocking on the 40p door.Some US pharma needs to pay 60p and everyone's happy!

Thanks -as it happens that's about my entry price as well. I'm struggling to know what the right strategy is here. Clearly if all bid talks collapse then the price will fall -maybe even below 30p . Equally selling at 40p might mean missing out on upside. Anyway we know all that! Maybe the answer is to take part profits.

meijiman, I always set a target price when buying based on various things when researching the stock. I bought these at 27p I have had regrets in the passed but SPH will give me a nice profit at 40p.
