02/5/2013 21:29 | first post, complete novice at this so can any kind person out there help a poor gal and let me know how to alter the number of shares on my advfn portfolio now they have been consolidated to on a fiftieth of what I had before? purlease!!!!! | vertina
02/5/2013 11:12 | Geoff - Good advice. The nature of their business (long and costly development timelines and many risks getting to market) means that dilution is never far away. May be better to sell sooner for a smaller profit (or loss) than wait too long and risk getting further diluted yet again. | rikky72
02/5/2013 10:51 | Bare, Perth is full of poms, but it's 5 hours flight from the rest of the country, nice place, bloody expensive though. I'm there for a week in August and the company credit card will feel the pain for sure. In Melbourne tonight. Most cultural place in Aus, but gets flipping cold here about now till Sept. back to the Gold Coast tomorrow thankfully. Eag | ukeagle2aus
02/5/2013 09:37 | SLN obviously has the potential to be a FTSE 250 company, but what will the share price be? I used to be a shareholder in Kenmare Resourses (KMR) a number of years ago. I bought in at 30p and they had a Market Cap of peanuts. Today they are 26p with a MC of £660m.....in other words they have diluted themselves to Hell for the benefit of the Institutions and the detriment of the Private Investor. Will SLN go the same way?........probably Our main hope is the substantial payments SLN will receive along the way if successful. I'm holding........but watch, wait & don't be afraid to sell is my advice fwiw. | geoffmanana

01/5/2013 15:21 | Hey Saw, just think a 20p rise last week and I'd have my many grands plus back in a flash. Still it's been a roller coaster ride. Might as well go round again. Roll up, roll up anyone aboard is welcome on the good ship of silence. At least it's back to 4.6 and moving north. :-) | ukeagle2aus
01/5/2013 11:10 | Nice rise so far this morning. Let's hope the momentum continues. | rikky72

30/4/2013 21:28 | g'day Bare, Eag. Christ I thought there'd been a miracle but then I read back over recent events. What a crock. What happened to those infamous rampers jdb, buzz and co? | sawbones1
30/4/2013 16:14 | Digger - I did try a sample sell and no joy. It's even better now though, the quantity is correct but the share price is showing as 0! Just as well I don't want to sell today, but let's hope that's not an omen! | rikky72
30/4/2013 12:27 | rikky - try a cheeky sell and if it comes good scarper with the cash :) | digger27
30/4/2013 12:25 | Not looked in for ages and when I saw this at over £2 I thought a bid perhaps and then I thought nah it will be a good old consolidation. I remember getting a phone call from a certain someone one morning in the mists of time saying £3 bid when the share price was then over a quid. Ah those were the days and what did I do...held on and on and on and lost a packet. Good luck all. | digger27
30/4/2013 08:57 | Thanks Geoff, I will now b/e if this company ever reaches a heady valuation of £180m. A far cry from pre-April '11 when it was £38m. In my share account it's updated the share price but not the amount yet so I've currently got a valuation of £350k on my SLN holding. LOL, if only! | rikky72
30/4/2013 00:22 | Going one one way and that is up. Long term this is no brainer - look at a similiar companies | looky
29/4/2013 22:53 | So my new B/E point is 1250p, Fat chance of that methinks!!!!! Still 25p was a fair stretch as well, although there was a glimmer at those levels. | ukeagle2aus
28/4/2013 18:45 | 37,501,054 + 9,512,500 placement at £2.00.....therefore 47,013,554 shares. | geoffmanana
26/4/2013 11:16 | Does anyone know how many shares will be in issue once the placing and consolidation is done? | rikky72
26/4/2013 09:00 | Doesn't need a rocket scientist to work out their value is 4p flat on Tuesday opening (or 200p for new 50/1 share). so 4p was always going to be the finish point before then. | ukeagle2aus |
