I still feel this share is undervalued when compared with its US competitors. Have to admit totally surprised re this drop & with hindsight could have taken advantage however I still believe that there are some big players out there who are more knowledgeable than me & are still buying!! A correction is no bad thing considering the fantastic rise of late. This will soon correct Could be a great oppo to top up When we get an RNS stating a milestone payment it will be too late. AIMO & NAI

Callum - I wish I had done the same as you. Hope the price will get back up there but will very likely need some positive news for that to happen. We can't rely on RG alone to propel us up there again.

Are you sure Bill? Not gloating, and it may not go down there, but it took a big step there today. As I said £100m+ seemed a high market cap for a company with only a few million in the bank. I was just glad to exit after the dark days of sub 1p in July 2012 and felt it had come up too far too fast on no material change in circumstances, beyond them having secured some funding. The chance to escape without much damage, having added a fair tranche between 2p and 3p was too good to refuse. Wish holders all the best.

There are some big buyers out there who have a lot more knowledge than I & I am not surprised to see a correction after all we have had a sensational rise of late. Personally I am confident news will come & probably when we least expect it A milestone payment of £95M will be amazing & once/if delivered the share price will rocket & will prob then see some interest from overseas. Can't wait to see 10p that'll be nice Patience is the key

Bill, I want to believe, like you, but in the absence of any meaningful news and progress I can only see this drifting lower as I think a mcap of £100m+ is hard to justify. Be ecstatic to be proved wrong though.

This came a long way in a very short time, rikky, which is why I exited in January at 5.5p with a market cap of over £100m. Appears to have broken through the uptrend on chart but wary of charts on this kind of stock. Looking to buy 500k, but only if and when 3.5p is hit. Remember, a lot of these shares were issued at 0.5p. An amazing return when not much news of note has been released in the last 6 months.

chicken charlie how are u feeling of late since our growth over the last 6 months Has ur confidence been restored or are u sitting on the side lines until we receive our next RNS confirming the receipt of a rather large sum of money(hopefully} Personally I believe the share price has risen as more than one big player has increased their stake of late & clearly they would only have done this if they were confident in the company's ability to deliver so I am expecting a further resurgence in the share price this year on the poss receipt of £95M? Our present market cap is £95M!!

Henderson Global Investments in with a initial 5% stake in Cyprotex CRX


This marks the first MAJOR institutional buyer since IPGL took their stake many years back.

Henderson are a BIG player and I am very pleased to see them placing their faith in Cyprotex by taking such a decent sized initial position.

I have also been pleased to see them building their stake in Source Bioscience (SBS) another small Pharma Biotech I like where they currently own 12.25%.


Perchance they might also take a similar stance here in due time.

I wonder if some of the several other major Institutional Investors holding SBS will follow their lead ?

This would in my opinion prove TRANSFORMATIONAL for CRX

I'm still here Eagle - been in since early '08 which seems like a lifetime but still less time than you and most of the others you mention above. If they got out I hope they didn't have to suffer a massive loss, although the fall here from those days has been huge.
