Business update due in a few days time, last year it was on Thursday 24 January.

Norgine deal royalty rate is 25% to 40%, likely 25% till the next sales milestone, so every 1 million GBP STX product sales revenue equals 4 million GBP in market sales of Feraccru.
Hardman expect STX 2019 product sales of 610,000 GBP reflecting maybe 2.44 million GBP in market sales, up from 0.9 million GBP for 2018. This represents a 170 percent increase in year on year in market sales.

Every month without a US deal reduces US peak sales patent period with expected in market sales loss of 27 million GBP per month. There must be an important reason for holding back on announcing that deal?

Re the appeal at the European Patent Office, even though the board of members has been appointed to hear the appeal, they told me the whole process can take between 2-4 years, so basically unless TEVA back down, it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere anytime soon.

I doubt if this will have any bearing on the China deal or the pending US commercialization deal either

I totally agree peachy. Exactly the right view in my opinion.
Outside of that just look at the trades - slots of 10k in repeat. To me someone that is selling a decent stake for probably a sensible reason to them.
Anyway - now we wait and see

It’s a funny time between the uncertainty that drives speculation and when the river of cash removes all doubt. I presume there’s a small market for derisked shares that don’t have a strong income stream but in all likelihood, will. When they do, they should rise gently so there will be time to get in, if you have a pension fund to manage. Just not right now.

Have to keep faith in the share with the knowledge you have. Not the market trend on such low volumes.
The share is de risked. US news to come. Plus more. Hardman price forecast 350 ( I think )
I’ve added today. Obviously hoping it’s the bottom. We will see.
