On the face of it the results are terrible the update promises better times ahead as usual and yet again with dodgy Aim companies the resignation of the CFO is buried in the final results as a board change. Basically the cash they have left is the money raised 3 years (To strengthen the balance sheet/acquisition)ago and they still seem incapable of closing a deal. The 6 month update in the winter whenever they choose to make it will need to show substantial improvement to convince the market. How on earth their previous broker kept reiterating a price of 3.85 is beyond comprehension and the market clearly never believed it. The trouble is to lift revenue meaningfully would probably now necessitate another raise. Who is going to subscribe for that. The previous director share buying looks like trying to buy confidence in the market or complete lunacy

Break up of the company may be on the cards.Sell off Geolang/secure-envoy. Accounts for 11% of revenue, approx 3 million.5 x ARR = 15 million 30% more than the entire MVStill have 89% of existing revenues, approx 25 million.

Cenkos have just issued a buy note for SWG.

Shearwater Group has released FY23 results in-line with our expectations, following a challenging Q4 as disclosed in the trading update of 31 March 2023. The outlook statement guides towards continued improvement in FY24E and we maintain our forecasts and BUY recommend

Also, the accounts say they are seeking to exploit the AI arena going forwards. AI has the potential to disrupt the market, so good to see they are addressing this area.

The company can achieve £30m in revenue going forwards, with margin of over 10%, trading at below £12m - with net cash of £4m. If they can get to EBITA of £4m, then that is a price to EBITA ratio of 3.

not quite the complete picture kemche - current liabilities of £12m more than offset by current assets comprising £12m of trade receivables and £4m of cash. Net current assets showing big improvement from £1.4m last year to £4.0m this year.

Almost half way into YE24 and no sign of these delayed contracts! Sounds more like lost contracts! Last one out switch the lights off.

Nothing -ve and unknown in these results. Clearly onwards and upwards from here

Haven't read fluff as fluffy as that in director-speak for many a long year. I predict a monster profit warning.

What does that mean, FFS. Not much. Just fluff IMVHO.
