Results are due mid Month, but no date given yet. The problem here is lack of information; especially no contract renewals or wins. No news since last Sept.
Whether its the depressed market or SWG, they don't appear to be getting new business, which is surprising with cyber attacks being so prevalent..

And another fine day for SWG shareholders - 8% down on nothing, pretty sure the cash has gone by now. Demand for cyber security must be very depressed at present - apart from the police, electoral register, capita, boots etc etc

You can't buck the market!
When a company succeeds its price go's up.
When a company is failing (as here) it's price collapses as here.

Hardly a sell off with 3000 shares traded at 42-44p is it? Wider market turmoil following Fitch downgrade in US. FTSE followed and PIs take fright....
Results due Mid August.....
Who knows what they will be???

They did. But it’s a little off no sign of an actual date or any reason for the delay. All they talk about is pipelines and FY 24.which is 2 years away. The jam next year or the year after company.
They raised money three years ago for an acquisition since when there has not been a sniff of one. They can hardly go to the market again for another raise with a market cap of 11 million. Would have to be at about 20p! They talk the talk, and under deliver. Taking over 20 percent decline in revenue in this sector and pushing a recovery to FY 24 is not going to wash with the market.

Not even had notice of results never mind actual results normally by end of July. Silence is deafening. Must have used up all the excuses now for their rubbish performance. Absolute disgrace. Gives Aim an even worse name

It's a really tough one to fathom. The valuation is ludicrous with the amount of cash in the business. Assuming everything is back on track. Time will tell with results shortly.

I'm getting very nervous about SWG and whether their FY numbers will stack up to scrutiny or is it just smoke and mirrors particularly around the cash position - a market cap of £10m with £4m net cash looks odd particularly in this sector. I suspect they are playing around with payables to get an end year position and then the cash went out of the door in April - the share price trend, with new lows, suggests there are others who are uncomfortable. Time to scale back I think?
