I see OSI threw in the towel yesterday and has accepted a 2.35p bid after collapsing from 30p, similar story to ECSC.Being listed in this space should be easy , why are they all failing ??

Went home and my son who works for a large London investment firm was there.
Told him of my investment.
Don’t tell me you have bought another AIM share was the reaction.

When the close period end with the result I expect to see more director buying, assuming the price remains very low until then.

Well I'll do my best to inject some buzz or extract some. At least with a one-one you can ask whatever you like!

Some good observations. Should really only be upside from here but credibility is indeed shot at present. Investor presentations can be a great way to reenergise a listed business however it requires a certain style of presentation and deliver and SWG presentations are painfully dull to watch , badly scripted and there is zero charisma , shouldn't all matter over and above the actual numbers but this is AIM where creating a buzz matters.

In the process of arranging a call with management and write up to follow. Just need to sort a date, hopefully before I head off for a break!Took a small opening position yesterday with a view to adding if the situation is turning/recovering as appears.Clearly blotted copybooks take time to be rectified, but at these levels, the shares appear cheap, particularly if they can deliver!

This has the potential to be a classic recovery play if they can get EBITA back to £4m over the next few years, and with investment in new software - but not without risk. I would also be willing to accept a bid around 100p, if one was forthcoming.

When you lose trust, it's hard to get back. And takes time. Let's see what the full figures say. As of today, I feel very reassured.

I think all trust had been well and truly obliterated with this stock. 3 years after raising cash for an acquisition they have failed to close a deal. No figures mentioned in the bullish update and as we know last years 25 percent drop in revenue should not have been hard to beat. The presentation may shed more light on numbers and will need to. With so much less business hard to understand the delay it ‘was a slow audit.’ Really? that’s a new one. Best of luck I really hope it comes good, but the market seems far from convinced at the moment. Maybe The presentation will be more convincing.

Given that the company is forecasting to post a loss on Sep 5 , which will be dressed up as breakeven using their extensive "adjusted EBITDA" approach then one would really hope that the next year will show materially improved performance.

On that basis you could reasonably assume a return to circa £2m EBITDA which should be reflected in a price above 60p applying a listed industry average multiple.

Price/sales looks attractive here, so always a possible t/o target while that's true, but the wording of all the trading statements always seems to be highly puffed up and vain.

Forecasts for 2024 are £32.5m revenue.

H1 last year was just £10m and they consumed cash (before w cap moves). To be beating that is no big deal.

Have you noticed how you haven't been told how they're doing vs forecasts? Well below would be my guess.
