I think the article headlines says it all :-

"First ever 'hands-free' driving car given the green light on UK roads: Ford's BlueCruise uses a camera to monitors the driver to ensure they pay attention".

"Ford launches hands-free driving on UK motorways"

etc....

There’s an article in the Daily Mail today stating that Ford’s Bluecruise system is now available in the U.K.

Can't find any recent comments about market share of OEM business. I doubt there is serious competition vs the state of the art technology provided by Seeing Machines.

It was posted on LSE. I think it was Panmure.

I had a response from Sophie. She just whitewashed every concern.

Very good. Which analyst suggested we will only get 1/3 of OEM business, have they a target price?

There obviously are sellers but over the last 4 months Directors have bought on 32 separate occasions, the most recent announced today by our largest shareholder adding a modest 1050000 to their 15.26% holding. As stated by Warren Buffet-the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient& I am happy to follow their lead, add a few shares at these levels ...... & wait a while longer .

There is obviously a seller in the background. Tech is sound, but need news flow to clear out seller

It always amuses me why people obsess about Director buys. Paul has not had massive pay-outs in his personal career and being CEO is his first top position so it is quite conceivable his financial position may not be good enough to allow a substantial investment. Remember if he buys it has to be worthwhile or it will be dismissed, as CEO he will also have to hold because if he sells it would be a massive negative. I am not aware of how good his personal wealth is and how much free money he would be able to invest, so I am not interested.

I am far more interested in him achieving his personal bonus in July (SP has to be @ 11p)

I am far more interested that the CFO is repeat investing his families wealth - a far more important indicator (financially) of how the finances look internally.

Paul has 37 mill under option , a tranche of which must be exercised this summer @4.41p-so it will be interesting to see what he does-
1)Sell all In Market (unlikely)
2)Sell enough In Market to fund the purchase of the balance ( he wouldnt be left with many if our share price remains at these levels)
3)Buy all In Market & invest around A$1mill (unlikely)
If he decides to sell some to fund a purchase he may look to sell to an existing holder wanting a bigger holding to avoid selling millions In Market-either way, he would rather our share price would be much higher when he has to make his final decision
