I imagine, but I could be wrong, that it indicates how long these collaborations may be in place and be refined, before they can complete an official overall agreement and announcement.

the Magna press release is dated Feb 2022, but the announcement of the SEE deal with Magna only came in October 2022.

Not sure hwat to make of that.
