Are we expecting any feedback of the presentation they did with a Collins or Magna? That was a separate event right?

I still remain confident simply because the landscape is driven by regulation and few competitors, but Paul’s history of making promises or timelines remains a bug bear to me.

As you said I’m pretty sure they said the first $billion of business was for last year and we are now in the second year for another $billion, but we have not seen anything like those numbers delivered by us or anyone else.

I lose track of the promises made, but when he first came onboard he made the now infamous statement around an aviation deal and he said that there were 6 or more RFQ’s about to be delivered. None of it happened.

Like has been said by others the CMD was as dull as dishwater. If he can talk about targets, deadlines and RFQ’s to a bunch of Italian investors then why didn’t they put some meat on the bones talking to US investors? Why did he feel free enough to say one thing to one group and nothing to another. The UK event was more exciting than this US event. I can’t understand why they never mentioned any RFQ or a timeline for delivery?

Then we have the statement from the UK event where he said we were the only outfit in the fleet space only for Smarteye to announce a deal and promote it with photos of their product in boxes. Now I get it. Smarteye might have been standing in front of empty cardboard boxes for all we know. Plenty of CEO’s are not adverse to lying and scamming investors. We only need look at Nikola in our space to see that there’s plenty of crooks out there, but I just think that they leave too many loose ends for PI’s to cling on to and then get their knickers in a twist when questioned about it.

I’m looking forward the Investor Meet Q and A release as I’m sure there were questions related to the ‘Italian Job’.

The upshot is that they continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

Personally I’m still not at ease with the Magna CLN. Time flies when a deadline for repayment comes into view. They were very careful about the fact that they are funded for “the current business plan”, but if they are not careful or fail to hit their sales numbers that CLN could be a problem further down the line.

As a seasoned investor what I’ve learnt more about AIM companies and their CEO’s is that they never hit their targets or deadlines. I remember Paul saying previously that we wouldn’t need further funding when he first arrived. That turned out to be nonsense.

I just want the aviation deal finally to be delivered, an airline deal,more openness about automotive RFQ’s and Fleet to finally start delivering on its potential before Smarteye steals our lunch.

nvhltd I agree and although I remain a holder of SEE I am becoming less and less impressed with Paul McGlone. Since his instalment, he has secured the VW large win, and smaller ones with Fisker, Stellantis, and perhaps Renault and Honda, but that is not good enough over a fair time span.

Aviation = 0
Rail = 2 small wins
Fleet = underperforming
Missed his own performance target last July

Auto
What happened to the Billion Dollar pipeline that he championed?
Where are the updates to contracts already won (GM is the stand-out Elephant)
Sure there have been investments from Magna and Mobileye but these look like strategic positioning to my eyes.
Then there is the way any RNS is blandly written.

That last interview with him getting niggly at PI's asking obvious questions about the Smarteye (add Cipia now) winning contracts was not worthy of a man looking to add shareholder value.

Lets see where the share price is this July, if I understand it right it has to be above 11p for him to get his performance target bonus. If it gets there I feel it is time to cash in my average of 3.9p

Its a very longterm investment. Just look at the forecasts. I am sure the share price will be much higher in a couple of years but some investors don't have that level of patience.

Markets are about as risky & volatile as they have been in recent years & with 3 days of discussions in Moscow between the 2 Ugly Sisters ,anything could happen once the outcomes are known .
We are entitled to our opinions & the fact that Turkey takes a contrary view to the majority here is fine & he/she/they/it/them may we’ll be right but I am staying long & bought more today @ around 5.80p -above my average of around 3.5p.
I am hoping our Directors & Lomb O buying signifies confidence in the near term announcement of large & meaningful deals .
Good luck to all investors in these most difficult of times -in all respects

More likely to go to 6.5p than 4p, but as bottom picking can be a messy pastime I don't bother with it.

TURKEY3 its time you learnt a little. The rule about Director buying is that it only applies to known events in the lead upto Financial statements, not buying in the open market. I suggest you do some homework, or anyone reading DYOR.

I can only assume the dire general market is responsible for the drop.
Punishing everything... not just companies not in profit yet.

Personally, the story is still intact and with a 11p conversion price if you believe one day virtually every new car/truck/plane etc on the planet will have its IP forget the background noise and dribble money into the stock. I think some II is having a bad wk and needs to raise some cash, which will get sorted out
