In a word, it's uncertainty.

There is minimum visibility of contracts, their worth, their terms and who the contracts are with. The question of whether SEE's high cash burn rate can be offset by the contracts that are coming online. All of that against the backdrop of COVID-19 causing slowing of roll out rates off the production line for SEE's licensees. It is not surprising that investors are locking in every little gain.

A very good finish with buying to the end of the day, and most important the last 5 trades paying almost full offer 3.10p, MMs must be short of stock by now.

The buying v selling today is well documented in the chart
representing 90% buying and 10% selling

not exactly but a UT trade meaning Uncrossing trade
those type fo trades take place sometimes at opening, 11am 2pm and at the end of the day 16.35pm.
