So the village idiot returns.
As per usual, he cant accept the fact that he has been wrong YET AGAIN.

My oh my how he howled when people refused to take up the 12p shares.
We told him that it was pointless because the share price would drop below the offer price, and he went off on one his normal rants, yet here we are again, being proven to be right and he, once again, with copious amounts of egg on his face... what a plonker !

He must surely get bored of being the wrong side of everything.

That's good about VAL (as I have a few shares)
Not really news though is it. Up 8% on no real news, what would it do if there WAS significant news?

Gash.."plummet" -
Well it { the S P} did "plummet", a matter of 'hours' AFTER HE posted that HE was BUY,BUY,BUYing.... urging others to do so.... at 19p =
When the 'well documented - PREDICTED' placing...That SCAMACO said- Was "NOT an ISSUE here"..."plummeted" the S P to 12p...{ NOW SUB 10p} taking the trHYPE swallowers - DEEPER underwater with HIM.
P S
Don't mention VAL { UP 11.43% today}.... HE won't like it.

Oh Dear -
Just when the S P sinks to a 10 year LOW, and things look like they couldn't get 'worse'....SCAMACO turns up. = {Cue the music from JAWS }
CAN anyone recall where the S P sat...prior to the 're-infection' of the M F F F by the 'presence' of SCAMACO...AFTER HE was given HIS 'lifetime BAN' on LSE ???
And
What 'exactly' has happened to the S P...SINCE, said 're-infection' ???

ONW, don't you mean patient holders? Surely, the impatient ones have sold out.
As for an example of good timing, it won't be if it drops to 6p

Tosh reckon you're right...
Good to see all the positives in one place (with a little balance comment). Seems strange that someone with a history on LSE hasn't noticed SCLP before (he's been registered since 2008), but most intriguingly his first post on SCLP was Fri @ 04:11!!!
Well, can't complain about an early riser but if he buys in he'll have a great average (FTB).
In fact one of the few to have beaten even the "savvy" JC on timing.... Hehe
At least he can explain timing to some of the more impatient holders.... looking forward to this.

BACK TO 2010 levels.

Yes, that's right, this is now back to where it was in 2010.

8.44p is next leg down followed by 4.63p.

Not looking pretty.

Any open offer will now be looking at the 8p level. This is where PI's get stung if they refuse to look beyond the TrHYPE.

A CONsistent ramping on the MFF has cost PI's dear and lost 8 years of investment growth in a big bull run

Seems like the sellers have not been reading the MFF.

But I think we all know ONE who is Stupid enough to think the Sun shines out of their rear ending that they or indeed HE cannot be challenged.
That is why he has vacated the board here as he has been hammered too many times by all the Astuties
However I do think it is valid for any attendees to question why the BOD think they deserve huge increases in remuneration at a time when genuine Share holders have suffered a lot of heartache and money.
Even RHatton I am sure went through a lot of turmoil and of course realised a big loss when he sold up recently.
However since then if he bought back at these new lows he would be seen as being astute compared to the long term underwater sufferers.
So the BOD should be aligned to the interests ofSH so that they both go through the pain as well as hopefully enjoy future rewards not simply award themselves big options and salary increases and just raise lower and but more cheaper

Dr, it is not the place of shareholders to defend or justify the actions of the bod regardless of their own opinion on the matter. The BOD should be capable of doing that themselves. Do you really think any shareholders here would be that stupid?

To be able to operate at top of business life requires fortitude and I itiTive.
24/7 working and only occasional lunch breaks are needed.I have suffered by not being fully dedicated as put family life first but have good work/life balance.
Seen many top h life execs who simply burn up or turn funny bit like baNANA who is clearly unstable.
I am going to AGam to give them a piece of my mind and ad ice on behalf of long suffering shareholders who have endured pp performance by a crooked BOD only out for themselves.
Will also give any shareholders a grilling if they try and justify the huge safaris given to the BIzd with notable exception of Lindy Durrant and Sally Adams.

It will soon be time to load up again then sell on speculation. Can't help thinking I'm walking on thin ice though now, at least I've made a few quid from Scancell, come to think of it, so have the BOD lol

Tosh I am not demeaning your work in ANY way but undoubtedly, to have fulfilled RG's role over the last years, needs a very much wider but still very demanding range of skills - much more in fact than just ''resilience and the ability to work 12 hours a day under extreme pressure'' as you say. So I think it's your work in the City that ''pales into insignificance''. And again that's NOT to demean what you do. However I can fairly note that you were locked horns with Inan on a daily basis in times past on LSE - so you must have been good at protracted periods of multi-tasking too !

I doubt that RG ever had that much time on his hands ?
Obviously you are proud of what you do and that's fine, but keep it in perspective.

As CEO of Scancell, RG has undoubtedly been instrumental to our collabs with CRUK SCIB2, CRUK Grand Challenge, BioNTech, Karolinska and has managed the Company whilst Immunobody and Moditope became realities and we changed Chair from David Evans to JC. You say of RG with your usual bravado, ''one deal to nail down and failed'' a comment which says much more about you than him !

You have never been a CEO and I'm guessing so you have no understanding of the role. So give it a rest. Last on this - I see the quicksand. ATB

Good morning Tosh et al -
Just an 'Alternative View', but I don't think 'the AGM will be a very turbulent meeting'.

TF,
no one shuffles bonds around in the city anymore.
To be able to survive in the city you need resilience and the ability to work 12 hours a day under extreme pressure, so what RG did pales into insignificance.
He had "one" deal to nail down and failed , most people in the city will always have numerous deals on the go simultaneously, so any comparison is pure fantasy.
How do you think RG was able to continue to raise cash ? Yes thats right, he had to come to the city. He didnt raise the money, the city did.

But enough about that.
Lets just hope that someone pulls a bl00dy great rabbit out of the hat before the AGM otherwise it will be a very turbulent meeting.

Berm - of course, you may be right about K-C and Oxford Biotherapeutics and myself, I've only just reached the stage of 'wondering' about the possibility of some discord. IMO it'll be reasonable if a question is asked at the AGM about the RG / JC emols.

When we recruit a new Non-Exec to Chair Emols let's hope for someone with more a moderate approach than JC !

Agema - good to see you around - not sure you were 'shouted down' on the point.

Tosh - I am still supportive of RG and believe he did a very good job with limited resources in a very complex situation. Possibly ALL of the hopes we have are founded in his diligence with Prof. Lindy's science over the years. With respect what he has been doing is a lot more demanding than shuffling Bonds around in the City or whatever it is that you do, (and I do not demean).

.........and I also posted on lse and others didn't agree with me. Call it shouting down if you like but as my previous post said, there was a whole range of different opinions. Isn't that what these bb's are for?
