Nothing wrong with the statement, it was a change in sentiment. Just didn't have the legs when it approached 20p.

Now it is down by 50% but when (if) it starts climbing, that is when to buy not when it is falling.

All good sense.

Lest we forget what terror stated in March, he's really not very good at this.. "If a fundraiser is being discussed, it will be a minimum of 20p. The rise is either a pump up to match the fund raise or as I expect a change in sentiment. Either way, this is when the happy clappers should be buying, not cutting their losses."

Please excuse my political references they are purely to wind the idiot up but they do illustrate a fundamental fallacy in the way his mind works.
He only sees it one way his way so anything else made on either principled or pragmatic grounds like a possible extension to Brexit negotiations he takes as being outside his area of comprehension.
Throw in being thick,undeckated,and thoroughly despicable individual with an EGO so huge it is would fill a big balloon and worth about the same.

Morning TF.I can see there have been several proactive events that Scancell have presented at. There have been no placing Immediately following these. So either, there were no investors wanting to invest significant funds or they were happy to wait for the next placing (which come round regular as buses)Hope that answers your question and we can move on.

Good to see you have well filled trousers Loz in total CONtrast to the Village Idiott who has had to tighten his belt by another notch as the share price CONtinues to fall.
He is now comparing g himself to Einstein well the nlybthinng that PLUM has invented is the Theory of Relative Stupidity.
At the top end of this curve is Ned Ludd the Village Idiott and the bottom end is baNANA the thickest plank in the entire kingdom.
But how we laugh at his incompetence in all matters.
He understands as much about the science as a drunk amoeba but if he turns up at the AGM I will say it to his face but of course he won’t go as he is scared to CONfrobt anyone except his trypers aoRt from being a keyboard warrior

IF the BoD don't come-up with a 'Green-light' backing from those with 'DEEP pockets' at WHATEVER price the next FUNDING is 'piched at' ... £38 million , or 9.75p / share MIGHT seem 'a good deal'.
IF - A take-over transpires at this or a LOWER level { Those underwater better PRAY it doesn't} existing shareholders, should a company SELL-OUT occur, WILL get ONLY what they get.
