Old, the Moditope situation didn't cause them any problem, Goodfellw stated that they would sell the Asset ( Immunobody ) or the Company. They did neither for the simple reason after approaching 60 Companies no one was remotely interested. This notion that there was a change of strategy due to the discovery of Moditope is a load of old rubbish. 6 years of no sale and no deals in a sector awash with them tells you everything you need to know. Our BOD have an over inflated opinion of themselves , they are little fish in a big sea and are out of their depth. They have made so many basic fundamental errors that absolute millions have been wiped off Investors portfolios. Every sell in the last couple of days would have realised a loss what a disgraceful position to be in after all the tweets, presentations , asides and pronouncements by various individuals on the BOD.

If the science was that good. The company would surely sell itself. The Board would be irrelevant.

Clearly trials and results thus far, have not been good enough. A Board cannot sell a company that no one wants.

Lindy’s time would tell a story. A good question to ask at an AGM.

Panama.. I'm not saying you're wrong... but Maybe, just maybe the previous incumbents of the Chair and CE Office were less able than the situation required.... OK they might have been unintentionally less than outstanding, but I have some sympathy for the problems that the Moditope situation threw at them, they just handled it commercially badly (Purely in my view).
The latest recruits however may be a different kettle of fish.....
Just wanted to throw that in.

well it's great to be away from there to be honest.... it was so damned frustrating to start a conversation only to be descended on by the usual culprits with a load of rubbish simply to put distance between your posts and clog the BB so that people couldn't (or weren't able) to join in. Sad really, but you know, in the end you have to call it a day!
Talking of which, been a bit interesting for SCLP so far....

TF did more reporting than he admits too. Posts automatically get taken off LSE if two reporters report it. There is a gang that club together and report anything that is other than positive. Legally they are discrimitive and bullying.

I did think about contacting my solicitor but decided couldn’t be bothered too busey. Seeing them lose large sums of money is more than comforting. But I do keep trying to give them my advice. I am nice like that.

Well, I sort of agree, but I didn't think that TF was one of the worst..... there's some who I consider to be much worse. the standards on LSE drove me to leave because it became impossible to post a view contrary to the "approved" line without it being removed, so it seemed pointless to stay.
I know some say there's extremes here, but we all know what one another really thinks, and since there's no way that anyone with any sense would read a BB and put their hard earned cash into a share (Is there? :-)...) so it doesn't matter too much.
My view may not be the best but at least I can post it here, and that's just great.
Your last line I absolutely agree with!

You have to remember that TF and his Scancell supporters club are against balanced debate. Unless you ramp the share they gang up on you and constantly systematically report your posts.

They cannot do it on here they are stumped. This is why LSE is constantly breaking down. Very few users subscribe to their services compared to ADVFN. Posters are fed up being victimised for simply expressing an opposite view to the local ramping gangs. Every share on LSE has them.

Great to see Freedom of speech is still alive in some places.

TF your shares now are worth less than 8p, that's if you could even sell them. There's more to this price drop than just a dodgy electroplation device imo. The future looks pretty ominous for Scancell

Chill out old chap.... Everyone's entitled to their own view and that's the great delight of this BB. PLEASE don't ruin it.... At least we can see what's been posted rather than having everything that a few decide shouldn't be ther being removed!! In fact even some on LSE were complaining about not being able to see what was posted there this morning.

I HOPE (and that's where I really am on this) that the current "jitters" are temporary and that that it's all a bit of a storm in a teacup, but the volume increases on a falling share price are a bit of a worry. Blind faith might work (longer term) but then again 5 years is heading towards longer term and it's not been the best idea in that period.
As to our CSO's time at SCLP an interesting thought... could be construed as good or bad... so I can't guess on that...
In any case the IP has so far been grown to such an extent that there should be enough to provide a good boost for shareholders.... BUT subject to BOD will to succeed or that the "science" really is as good as "experts" think.... If it isn't...well doesn't bear thinking about.
ATM I'm plumping for the BOD to sort themselves out and so as I say, right at the top, I HOPE .... and FTB continue to do so....
Sorry not to be more precise on this but I'm not completely convinced....

How much work is Lindy doing for Scancell these days. How many hours a week.? That answer could tell a story.
