We talk about Scib 60k new relevant patients per year.

SCLC is lacking good treatments 250k new sufferers per year, it’s a grim aggressive cancer.

When it said 15% of lung cancers I thought a small market but obviously not.
An effective therapy would fill an unmet need there.

BMS patent cliff Opdivo 2028

Looking at recent results there are 12 products in their growth portfolio.
Opdivo is the top revenue earner covering 40% of the total revenue in the growth group. It’s 2nd in their overall revenue.

Which is why it seems nailed on, BMS at least will be very keen to partner Scancell with Scib, if the data stacks up.

its job is simple ... you get a random TCR ... that is not self ... and off you go

and every day you make more random tcr t cells

until that TCR locks onto a programmed Professional Antigen Presenting cell than its activated

anything that binds to that activated TCR ... with binding strength will be killed ...

that is the business we are in .....

the pipeline as a whole needs a $ billion dollar investment if Modi works with double checkpoint

i suspect that is the Golden Goose ... as that allows a major pharma to step in as a Partner and get that show really motoring ...

because its a Land Grab patent .... that could cost them billions in an upfront deal

what they are interesting is the TIL >>. tumor infiltrating lymphocytes

we have that data ....

the different cancers are not relevant .. because that is more to do with Hot/Cold within the TME

and we have seen that Ci including the PD-1/Vegf is changing that landscape

but there are so few vaccine that work off the shelf and can treat multiple cancers

which is why Modi ... has so much potential against Neo Antigens


but we have the vaccine for Self antigens as well ..........

the point i am trying to make scancell is an enormous opportunity because of its diverse pipeline and proven track record and its very easy to over complicate a post so that its impossible to read and breakdown into its core components
