As far as I can tell, it's been suspended for most of the last 2 years. Suspended animation, that is.

Personally I don't see any reason as to why they would need or want it to be suspended...

Wish they would get a chuffing move on with everything! this stagnation has gone on far too long now.

Get cracking on Niger development instead of being held on 7e asset completion

Will the share suspend on the deal going through? If so for how long roughly?

Ultimately the deal is agreed but awaiting signoff and whilst we all hope it's done in the next few days, the market understandably has its doubts given previous missed timelines... Whether they hit the end-Q1 or not, the market is not pricing much anymore meaning the upside will be great when it eventually gets done...

Only 4 more mornings for an end of Q1 rns on the completion of the RTO.

I can barely sleep with excitement.

I stare at the screen praying for the RTO sign off at 7am each morning.

Stunned we are at 25p, puzzled at the total lack of retail interest.

Given the high stakes and need for company credibility, I hope the fact we have not been warned of a delay implies everything is running to plan?

The general market having an anxiety attack won't help, but a sign off should see us over 35p.

Most MM's are self serving and routinely manipulate notification/reporting rules with impunity.

If deal happens how long is suspension usually with an acquisition like this? As due due brexit if no deal happens I have to close my IG account as I'm living in Ireland. Not sure what happens if u have a suspended share and account closure happens by default

Malcy...Savannah PetroleumSavannah announced yesterday that it had submitted the feasibility study for the EPS and development proposals on the R3 east portion of the R3/R4 PSC area of the ARB in South East Niger. The company have detailed plans to develop the resources identified in the successful 5/5 2018 drilling campaign based around the Amdigh field. Oil will be sold to the SOraz refinery, initially by truck and the Agadem-Zinder pipeline but with a pipe link to be built shortly, initially 1/- b/d rising to 5/- b/d on ramp up. This is the long awaited good news we have been waiting for from Niger and investors will be pleased to see monetisation of the reserves, potentially with a good deal more.

5 months to come up with this hey! It seems that even the directors have adopted the Nigerian slow pace of life...
Perhaps this is the only way to survive such a harsh environment, lol.

Mirabaud note on this morning's SAVP announcement.

Savannah Petroleum (SAVP LN) has announced submission of a feasibility study for its R3 East early production scheme (EPS) marking an important procedural step forward to first oil in Niger’s Agadem basin. Under the proposed plan, oil will be trucked 120km north from the Amigh-1 well to CNPC’s domestic pipeline and then onto the Zinder refinery for sale. The well test at Amigh-1 is expected to commence in mid-2019 (vs. early guidance of Q2 2019), to allow time to configure the wider 2019 E&A drilling campaign, with initial production ramping up to ~1 kbopd. As part of the second phase of the EPS, SAVP is planning to tie-in additional discoveries with a view to expanding production to ~5 kbopd (alongside construction of a dedicated pipeline link to alleviate trucking). As a rough rule of thumb, at current oil prices, every ~1 kbopd of production should generate ~US$10m of post-tax CF.

Good to see an update on Niger.

But

AK appears to have his poker face on

And isn't revealing too much.

The drift will continue.

'Actually I'm more confident if the management are a bit stand-offish.

AIM companies who pander to shareholders are often empty vessels in my experience.'

Says the charlatan who previously posted:

'AK needs to address the crisis of confidence in his leadership immediately.'

'Clearly Andrew has created a monster from the stinking corpse that was 7E.'

'If they cannot complete the RTO disaster, there will be a bidding war alright, but it could be in single figures. Very worried deal is floundering and company saying nothing as implications terrifying.'

'A fourth delay could prove disastrous.'

'I did try to warn you all.'

'The 7E RTO has failed to complete for a FOURTH time.'

'All these wonderful plans are just distracting the gullible from the underlying disaster.'

'Smoke and mirrors job. Be very afraid.'

Lol! You couldn't make it up !

The numerous parties to this Seven Energy deal have had a final opportunity to get aligned following the implementation agreement and last week's GM gave authority to issue the shares.

So I'll vote for the end of this week for an RNS to announce the closing of the Seven Energy deal with a brief share suspension pending an admission document first thing Monday.

Would be amazed if it dragged on beyond this week.

Rampair you shock me.

There I was thinking AK was straining to follow each of my suggestions.

Actually I'm more confident if the management are a bit stand-offish.
