Not a single post to that effect. How stupid is he. Anyone Clicking on my user name will not find such a post. He needs to run and do us all a favour and catch a bout of covid. Maybe that will stimulate the brain cells

Could stupidinvester tell us when i suggested cruises will commence on time in spring? Not once. Who is stupid now. He's confused me with someone else yet again. I have maintained, for well over a month that cruises absolutely will not commence in the spring. Embarrassing himself again by not checking his facts before posting

stretford......Exactly my point. The funny thing is, whether cruises commence in about 6-8 months as i predict or 10-12 months the stupidinvester will miss the boat again. One day he'll be spouting the rubbish again and there will be an announcement of actual 100% cruise dates and share price will fly and he'll disappear into thin air nursing his wounds

As i've stated many times now and always ignored, If cruises can't commence for another 10-12 months any share price impact over that period will be minimal from current price. Unlike brands which are solely holiday/cruise based Saga has many other parts of the business which are all doing very well and expanding. The Saga client base are very loyal customers through thick and thin.

What an idiot stupid is. I've already explained to him about taking a mediun to longer term view but all he comes back with is short term negative feedback. to 2022 - 12 months away. No wonder people like him lose money. And still no reply about this further 15:1 share split he kept talking about. Funds ready to invest should this go down near £2 to £2 30 in the SHORT TERM.

The figures I'm posting are just for UK but this is happening right around the world! SAGA post covid are in the most booming business sector there is. This POTENTIALLY is about as cheap as we will ever get into this sector. The "massive" wealth of the old and home ownership 6.5 million households in England are headed by someone aged 65 and over; equating to around one-third of all households (ONS, 2018j). • 78% of households headed by someone aged 65+ are owned. Of these older adult homeowners, just 6% are still paying a mortgage (Airey, 2018). • 16% of households headed by someone aged 65 or over socially rent, while 6% privately rent (Airey, 2018). • 64% of outright owner households are headed by a person aged 65+ (MHCLG, 2019). • 27% of households in the social rented sector are headed by a person aged 65 or over (MHCLG, 2019). • 88% of the growth in the number of households between 2016 and 2041 is projected to be in households headed by someone aged 65+ (ONS, 2018j). Last updated May 2019 • The number of households headed by someone aged 65+ is projected to increase by 54% by 2041, which will bring the total number of households headed by someone aged 65+ to almost 10 million, whereas the number of households headed by someone under 65 is projected to grow by just 3% (ONS, 2018j)

Covid-blocking nasal spray could be in chemists by summer

Extract

A nasal spray which can prevent a coronavirus infection for up to two days could be available in high street pharmacies by the summer, researchers have said.

Scientists at the University of Birmingham have been developing the spray since April last year and are currently in discussions with shops and pharmaceutical giants on the next steps to mass produce it. ...

The nasal spray, which has not yet been named, is made from ingredients that are already approved for medical use, meaning it is safe for use by humans and does not require further approval.

The formula helps prevent infection by capturing the virus in the nose and encapsulating it in a coating which it cannot escape from. As a result, it would be safe for a person to breathe out - even if inhaled by another person - because the virus would be inactive and harmless.

In November last year, the researchers announced that laboratory experiments showed the spray prevented a coronavirus infection from spreading for up to 48 hours.

The team believes using the spray four times a day would be enough for general protection, although it is safe enough to be applied every 20 minutes if in a high-risk, densely populated environment such as schools. ...

Last year Professor Liam Grover, the study's co-author, said: "Although our noses filter thousands of litres of air each day, there is not much protection from infection and most airborne viruses are transmitted via the nasal passage.

“The spray we have formulated delivers that protection but can also prevent the virus being passed from person to person."

So for the benefit of only 1 stupidinvester......whether late 2021 or early 2022 any share price drop from if any between now and then will be negligible from the current price. Best that stupidinvester just has a bout of covid. I'm sure that will stop some of the utter rubbish being spouted

Saga also have a big general travel business and run river cruises on rented ships. And with a general insurance business there’s far more to Saga than their ocean cruises. So further travel delays are not only a worry for their ocean cruise business but for more on top.. Assuming many of their general travel customers also keep booking in the hope their holiday can take place and don’t demand refunds if they don’t, Saga can ride it out.

Saga share price looks exceptionally good value even after doubling from extreme oversold level. But no way is it yet the one way bet some here are insisting. If that were really the case SAGA share price would already be much higher!

And short term, with worsening coronavirus news, and ages before some Countries get their people vaccinated, there’s a fair chance that it will be possible to buy or top up at a lower price than now.

Long term and once the World is living with coronavirus the upside could be be very big. Short term could remain volatile with perhaps risks on the downside. Those claiming they know for certain where the share price is heading are posting nonsense as none of us knows for sure for any share!

How can we know when the price depends on news and buying and selling? Saga update on Tuesday. That could move the share price. Hope it’s an encouraging update.
