Thanks guys...I notice it back over 90p today, a bit nervous about going back in even for a very small amount, as got severely got rolled over the last time from about £3.50.

In my view this is a total bargain at circa .84 per share !!! So I have just purchase my first tranche in them…..as always, time will tell if I have made the correct decision!!!!

Roger De Haan invested a further 100m in this only around 2 years ago at about 3.50 a share in new money.He could have had nearly 100% at this rate!!!The fall does look a little overdone here for an opportunistic buyer

The target customer base for Saga might actually benefit from higher interest rates because they generally don't have high mortgages and they benefit from receiving interest on their savings

Also it must be remembered that these companies are 100% cruise whereas Saga is 80% an insurance Company with only 2 ships that at the moment are holding their own and actually turning a profit.

Carnival Corp. shares crashed Friday morning as fuel prices and inflation delayed its return to profitability. There's concern that the cruise ship rebound post-Covid has stalled amid waning consumer demand.

The world's largest cruise ship operator missed EPS and EBITDA estimates for the third quarter. It expects advance bookings for the fourth quarter to fall below average trends -- a surprise to estimates just weeks ago.

In old money this is trading at 6p I think...wonder how many new punters are unwary of Saga raising money and doing share consolidation 2020...just because it has fallen from 450p seeing the share price today...wash rinse and spin started 450p...
