14/6/2017 11:33 | Where did you get that from Jeff H? | eezymunny
14/6/2017 10:20 | £9.275m achieved for the Hampstead house, will have made a decent profit over a comparatively short period. | jeff h
03/3/2017 15:53 | well done eezy | hybrasil
01/3/2017 12:01 | Decided to have just a tiny few of these for the EEZY4 portfolio, primarily because of what I've read about the share options. | eezymunny
23/11/2016 22:50 | accounts are wrong as it says diluted eps are the same as undiluted seems weird considering the options | ntv
21/11/2016 16:42 | No but you have had safestore, hercules, tecc-is and now safestay all of which Larry promoted | hybrasil
21/11/2016 15:15 | Err SAF haven't issued any equity for donkey's years AFAICS. If I owned it I'd delist tomorrow. | eezymunny
21/11/2016 15:03 | Except Larry values his postion as someone who can raise money on, and generally use, the market. If they play too strong he will lose that. I speak as someone with a big stake in safestay. | hybrasil
21/11/2016 14:58 | Look at the 2011 Annual Report, to see what nonsense can happen if you are a shareholder in a company majority owned by directors (such as this) /www.safeland.co.uk/ "In relation to the Executive Issue, it is proposed that, in aggregate, options over a maximum amount of 24,101,188 ordinary shares be granted to the four executive members of the board by way of incentivisation, representing 143% of the Company’s issued share capital. The amount of options proposed to be issued pursuant to the Executive Issue will also exceed the Remuneration Option Limit. " Laughable! I guess they may behave better in future. It's not entirely uninteresting. Looks like the 4 houses on Chandos Tennis site may be worth a lot for eg (poss much more than they're in the books for). www.barratthomes.co. I don't think I'd trust them enough to hold anything more than a token number. Could delist etc very easily. | eezymunny
21/11/2016 09:30 | Thank you EEZY. While not as exciting they are still not bad value at the current share price I was concerned about the big house purchase. They have obviously made money on it or it would not have gone so quickly. The 17 apartments in the former hotel should generate a lot of cash and I suspect will very much increase the NAV. | hybrasil
21/11/2016 08:52 | If those options were exercised shares go to 28.3m. Assets would increase by £1.1 and NAV/share would be c. £18.3m or 64.6p/sh Quick rough numbers DYOR! | eezymunny
21/11/2016 08:41 | There are still 12.1m share options exercisable at 9.25p Effective NAV/sh miles lower than headlines! They say "There is no difference between the diluted loss per share and the basic loss per share presented as the effect of the share options in issue is anti-dilutive" which, to me, is very odd! It's presumably because there are losses this half. Look at last year finals and you'll see the dilution if they make any profits! | eezymunny
21/11/2016 08:10 | It was probably the mention of uncertain markets. | battlebus2
21/11/2016 08:07 | I would say the market simply doesn't understand this co. They announce today they have sold the massive house they bought and that the hotel conversion will complete next year with loads of appts to sell and the share price falls! | hybrasil
27/9/2016 04:49 | Net assets of 17 million Mcap less than 7 million. I suspect the March 2016 house purchase will cause a few dents in the nav. That is probably why the price is falling. Their investment in safestay is back a little too. | hybrasil
09/9/2016 18:41 | Does anyone know why the share price is falling? I bought in a couple of weeks ago :-( | sabzahmed
22/8/2016 06:59 | So the options of Ray Lipton lapsed as per Note 4 EPS | jeff h
21/8/2016 14:51 | why the price rise on friday? | hybrasil
09/6/2016 17:38 | Did Raymond Liptons (RIP) options lapse or get exercised? - last day was today:- "Following the death of Raymond Lipman on 9 June 2015, under the terms of the share option scheme his executors have until 9 June 2016 to decide whether to exercise the share options granted to him." | jeff h
15/12/2015 11:00 | great to see them back doing old fashioned trading! | hybrasil
16/11/2015 08:57 | OK thanks EezyMunny. | michaelmouse
16/11/2015 08:52 | Don't forget the in the money share options michaelmouse. Real "market cap" effectively much much much higher! | eezymunny
02/10/2015 08:36 | thats a buy back of over 7% of the company. Still holding and bought a good chunk of safestay | hybrasil
14/8/2015 20:09 | Yes great results, NAV over 83p. Still holding a token amount. | battlebus2 |
