It does if the MM has no stock, and other buy orders may be in the system. A bid for the company at this level must also be in the mix in my view.

Three reasons. First RTO could in my view be on the cards. Next company is priced to go bust, it has not, and has over 4 times its share price in nett property. Company says outlook good for 2010. Its very cheap.

Topvest, i as you know bought in at todays prices on the fact that the assets are in the accounts at 5 times the share price. Directors point to a good 2010 based no doubt on the low right down values of their stock and a market on the up. SAF has been 100% left on the floor as other property stocks have doubled in the last year. Costs have been slashed and in my view good chance they will come good.
