04/1/2019 23:40 | I think you still didn't quite join the dots regarding VPN in my last post, so let me be a bit more blunt. When I worked for a certain government IT department, I saw evidence the cyber security team had domain names registered in all sorts of countries in the name of various shell companies. In fact, anyone can go online and register their own Honduras domain name for a few quid, and there are countless websites offering to help you through the steps of registering a company in Honduras, for a fee. Would it not be in the realms of possibility the UK security services own the VPN you're browsing through? VPN service providers consume huge amounts of bandwidth, which can't be cheap. But somehow your VPN provider let's you use it for free?? If I was a government security agency, what better way to focus on the right people than to setup our own VPN - based in Honduras - and offer it "anonymously" online for free. | exotic

04/1/2019 21:08 | If we look at the chart, it looks like there's already been 3 profit warnings lol | mbmiah
04/1/2019 20:56 | Well we'll see who's right in a couple of weeks! | gaffer73
04/1/2019 20:47 | gaffer73 When RM warned on 1st Oct 2018 and the shares fell to 350p ish I thought they were still overvalued. Also from what I saw in my mail centre I just had to short the shares and I did so at 342p. | mjones727
04/1/2019 20:44 | It doesn't. I just wondered why you bothered, now I know. It's obvious why we have apposing veiws now but why did you wait so long to short? | gaffer73
04/1/2019 20:37 | gaffer73 where does it say in the rules that you have to own shares in a company to be able to pass comment ? I am just posting facts on here from my experience of actually working in a royal mail centre. If you think I am "winding people up" then filter me. It is a very simple process. I am very bearish on Royal Mail as a plc. I am short at 342p. I will close after the next profit warning and divi cut which will sink the shares below 100p | mjones727
04/1/2019 20:29 | Mjones I clearly do have a clue as I said parcel volumes are up and you agree.Postage prices went up April 2018 so revenue will be up also.We have already been told what full year will be so a profit warning is impossible. | encarter
04/1/2019 20:11 | I never said that idiot. I said certain people can still trace someone who uses a VPN. | encarter
04/1/2019 19:54 | Why do you bother posting on this BB? You have stated you don't own shares, don't work for RM and have nothing positive to say. Do you just enjoy winding people up? | gaffer73
04/1/2019 18:25 | encarter Clearly you haven't got a clue here. Parcels volume at my big mail centre at xmas were up very slightly on last year and as margins are lower then last year the RM will be making less money. There will be a second profit warning here. Also productivity is shocking at my mail centre. Most RM staff are lazy. The place is unionist to the hilt. I have never worked in such a slack environment in all my life. | mjones727
04/1/2019 18:14 | The parcel business will still be doing well, it's not the end of the world for Royal mail, potential here and the share price is very cheap. | wipo1
04/1/2019 18:11 | I think we need to stay sensible here, it's getting a bit keyboard warrior here, who is going to come up someone's door anyway? Oh and what for? | wipo1
04/1/2019 18:06 | That doesn't answer my question, so you can contact the cia to get some guys info who posts on a BB? The folk who track torrents cant get the info and you can, BS | wipo1
04/1/2019 16:40 | Parcel volumes are up. | encarter
04/1/2019 16:35 | Your VPN provider can see your IP. The CIA for example could easily find you. | encarter
04/1/2019 16:33 | Back above 300p soon | gaffer73
04/1/2019 16:20 | another profit warning coming here | onjohn
04/1/2019 16:19 | Valuable information there Chancer, thanks. | mbmiah
04/1/2019 13:16 | How can you make a couple of calls to track down a vpn if the ip address is the same as every other user connected via this vpn, nord vpn or pia don't keep logs as far as I know and if I think the authority you ask to track it would have to do a deep packet inspection. | wipo1 |
