The problem is every country needs to go back to normal for the flights to start

RR have a huge order book to go at a few cancellations would have next to no affect really they may even get a penalty clause payment. Still wouldn't stop some peddling negative sentemant though. Probably a short term closure anyway

Boeing and Airbus yesterday suspended production.
Not good for RR.

I say no sub £3 just my personal opinion based on news that's out as of today. There is always obviously a possibility it could if bad news arises but presently my opinion is that it is all priced in. Good luck

Doubt we'll see sub £3 again IMO. Few profit takers this morning after last 2 days rallying now onwards and upwards me thinks

The Government will IMO have to pump cash into many indebted FTSE 100 stocks

Taking a stake in so doing

If the COE times it right he should be able to get some good deals for the taxpayer

I hope he understands DOW Theory

Success is quiet - that used to be old City saying.

Different times now, eh.

And well done.

Yes I had a rare success.
Could not resist and bought just before the bell at 251.
Sold out today for a 33% profit.

Try not to crow because like most investors I myself prefer to hear stories of failure.
'A little bit of me dies when I hear a success story".

Was nearly all cash in January and was only holding a few RR. I thought the recent bounce was a good time to sell with the hope of getting them back cheaper later in the year.
Well done on your small Friday purchase.

Maybe we shall all learn to love cash again.
A 100% cash holding earning about 0.5% is sensible but boring.

You know how these things work, the market will only rise once you have sold out.
Which is the worst torture, buying a share that falls or selling one that rises?

Now 100% cash. Sold a small stake at 3.43 this morning which I have held for 5 years for a 45% loss.
Expect to buy back in at a lower price over the next year.
